The redesign is indeed a vast improvement. Some design decisions aren't to everyone's taste but the improvement is there and is appreciated. UPDATE: Much needed feature on 5.4. When you put the app in the background and reopen it, it retains the view you were in. Can't recommend this app enough now. It was my only missing feature. Now it's just perfect!! Thank you!

I've used Pixel for my tunes for two years now. I've also purchased it two times as well. I like the categories it has set up and the option of an equalizer. I do wish it had an option to scan device for new songs. It connects to my car easily and even has a drive option, which I use.

Can't move ahead on song. Only skip to end. No visible slider to move position in song. Claims to do podcast, no viewable mechanism for that. Support did not respond to questions. No documentation. I paid $ to remove ads.

Good functionality for features I use like random play and sorting. Needs an update though as songs I remove from a playlist keep coming back. Please fix this bug.

This application really good music player. It has everything you need, from equalizer to draw your music file where ever in your phone they maybe. It allows you to customize dark to light themes plus an abundance of accent colors to choose from. FM RADIO to downloading album cover and lyrics. I give it 4.7👍 well done.

doesn't remember your place in the song, randomly stops, and so so many ads. i would call this unusable, which is a shame because i used to quite like this app.

I like this app, and I really like the simplicity (exactly what I was looking for). There is one bug I cannot overcome: Once I turned on "shuffle" I cannot turn it off. It seems impossible to have a playlist that will play sequentially. I hope the developer reads this and has some advice.

This MUSIC PLAYER shuffles and searches. Doesn't provide a playback speed control.

I have the same playlist on my Samsung note. This player only shuffles and plays alot of the same songs over and over. Which means bad algorithm & is very frustrating to have to skip to the next song, instead of the option to play in the order listed. I find myself carrying my old phone, just for music.

Overall the app have abbilities to get 5 stars ita UI is very nice, its adless, it is more stable than others and it offer online listening. The thing due to which i am giving it 3 stars is it have some problems with playlists my songs get automatically removed from playlists. Maybe it might be bugs or anything but could you fix that cause im loving the app

Two major things needs attention asap.. Number one, at some point, the music file I played suddenly stopped by itself. Please figure out what exactly happen and issue a fix. Number two, add a close or an exit button to the lockscreen mode.. This will ease the user without having to restart the phone instead..

im enjoying the previous version, the very old one, the new version is cool and has nice features but there's a slight change that i didn't like in the new thats in the old version, like in the old when you use the search option to find a song and hold the song, the song will play next on the playlist but in this new version, when you hold down the song, the notification pops up that but will play next but doesn't implement. Please fix it...Thank you

This app used to work so well but I'm not sure anymore. The equalizer is flaky. One day it works and then suddenly it doesn't work which is frustrating. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and installed the app again and still my music has no pump like it used to. Not sure what to do.

Shame that I'm unable to comment on this app since I no longer able to receive updates, due to my 2xl being to old at 3, I really don't appreciate or understand this mercantile behaviour.

I only installed it briefly, and liked that you can make playlist from a folder rather than having to add the songs one by one, however, the main reason I could not continue using it was the fact that there was not a widget smaller than 4 x 2. That is too much space occupied by a music widget for my taste.

The new update of the player is fantastic but in the new update I notice that there is major bug that when ever we try to create a custom equaliser and click on save it doesn't get save and after closing and reopening the app it still reverts back to the default equaliser Which is really annoying please fix this bug as urgently as possible Also the player force close it self many times ans randomly refuses to play some files. Please kindly check and reply by return.

Does not stop playing a podcast, won't turn off, despite stopping podcast, it keeps playing. Otherwise, I found it to have the most amount of podcasts and be the easiest podcast player (ease of use). It has all the pocasts I like, whereas other podcast apps do not.

The app has potential. Grid should have sizes (preferably 3). Clicking on an artist, should list all songs under the albums. Add blur to album art when viewing lyrics. When playing a song in a list, the playing song should be indicated with an animation or an accent colored icon. Tabs order should editable.

Not bad not great... For some reason it does not recognize all my music. There's no list of supported music files. I don't care for streaming music, I keep files local. When it come to a file it doesn't play, it just stops. This has only started in the last 2 weeks that I can remember.

Love the app. But please add the option to manually change the "artist" or "band" image, rather than rely on what the internet comes up with or nothing at all. Its the only thing keeping it at 4 🌟

Such a great app but the main flaw here is that u can't add multiple songs at a time to a playlist, so u have to add them one by one which is really annoying. Please fix this after which it will be a 5 star app without doubt.

Cool app! especially when it comes with internal music library and online radio... But user interface is not working properly. I tried to change the radio channel but touch system did not work.

False advertising! One of the worst players I've tried... "✮ PODCAST PLAYER ✮ Search Podcasts or explore Podcast by categories." Thought this was supposed to be an all-in-one solution? After thoroughly exploring Pixel Player, i'm quite dissapointed. There is literally no conceivable way to search for podcasts nor add any, How in the world do you add a specific Podcast?!

Works nicely until you close the app - which keeps playing until you go into settings and force stop it.

it is not able to show the correct album art for my songs.. most of my songs have the same album art.. earlier I used stellio and there was no issue with album arts on that app.. if this issue is fixed then it's a nice music player

Such a nice music player but what a bad experience because of ads. and there is no way to remove them not even have a option to pay for removing ads. I don't recommend to install.
