Recent update fixed the problem with the phone locking up. Does what it says it does now. Good looking app. Would like to see the option of having the measurement markings on either side of the ruler.
Terrible experience. It freezes and then you can't use your phone at all cause the frozen ruler is on top of all your content. This product shouldn't have been released!
Freezes the phone by drawing over all apps.. and u cant click or do anything.

A good tool to play around with, too bad its a trial but oh well
Good utility for developers. Just a note, on the nexus 5 I experience a sort of flicker when pressing on the ruler.
I've always took screenshots and converted px to dp using calculator. But with this app it is really easy to measure and find desired dps. If you are a developer or an app designer install it.
This is great for Android devs to check layouts, having both dpi independent and absolute pixel values.

Great very useful application for developers
Pretty slick app. But I have a few suggestions to make it better. Is it possible to freely move the ruler in the x and y direction when the user places their finger at the intersection of the two rulers? Also, can you create an option to make the tick marks the opposite color of the screen background (sometimes a black background makes it hard to see). Also make an ability to change color of the ruler itself. Thanks in advance for any help you are kind enough to provide.
