Pixelwave Wallpapers

If you're looking for pixel style wallpapers, this is the app. The only problem I have is that there is no option to set the wallpaper on ONLY lock screen.

this app is really nice but whenever i change my wallpaper my home and lock screen will both change i want to give lock and home different gif but it allways change both of them or is it only not working for my phone ? My phone is Oneplus8T Sorry for my bad English

Very rad, wish you could pay for a premium version to get rid of the ads though. I'd pay the 2 bucks or whatever.

Very neat, awesome, and unique pixel art in a very cool looking pixel menu. If you love 8-bit style, or vaporwave esque pictures for wallpaper, .gif or regular, then this is the app for you. I don't know if the ad situation that people keep mentioning is constant, and keeps popping up a lot, but for me I don't see that. The ads come up, from what I would think, is very normal for a free app. Anyway, very cool art wallpaper, and should be worth anyone's time looking for stuff like this.

Lots of great art, but chasing an issue. I am unable to save any animated GIF art, either from the GIF category, or the LWP category. Hit the button, nothing happens. Non-animated content saves fine. Running on a rooted SGS7. -- edit --Thanks for the quick response. Indeed, found the images there. Was unaware of the second directory being created. And unlike the still images, the app does not seem to indicate any action was taken when saving animations. Stills give a little pop-up. Have another star.

Great variety on wallpapers especially live ones, but the company pushes ads out far too often. Sure it's a dollar to remove, but essentially inoperable for those that can't afford to spend a dollar on their paid (no-ads) service. For me, I have memory problems, and every pop-up ad takes me away from the experience. I wouldn't mind that, except for the fact that it's after every single interaction with a wallpaper. I can't recommend this app to my friends because of that ad model.

Lots of amazing art, cute layout, good categories and the live wallpaper feature is great! I love pixle art and pixle gifs and this app makes it super easy to browse it. The only problem I have with it is sometimes when opening the app, I get the "bad network" message and I have to wait for a long time with the app open before it works. Even if my wifi works well with everything else. But overall a great app.

every few hours or so, the live wallpaper that I selected and set gets set to this super zoomed version of the apps logo. This happened a long time ago for about a week as well, since then I have had this app for YEARS and never had this issue, I updated recently and now it's happening all over again. Please, I am tired of waking up to what looks like a moaning anime girl as my wallpaper and having to reset it every day.

A good amount of the live wallpapers just flicker instead of having any animation, which would be fine.. but the flicker is at epileptic triggering speeds and it ruins what wouldve been a good still wallpaper. Most of the actual animations have flawless complete loops. Selecting favorites crashes the app. It's honestly a lot better than I thought it would though since there are no resized or cropped desktop images, and if there are they are edited in such a way that they arent noticeable at all.

Though you can tell that much of this app was created for those edgy anime-loving girl gamers from middle school, the selection is enormous while still consistent with the pixel art style and much of it is simply put gorgeous. I just wish there was some option to search for images with tags, because browsing for the perfect image does take ***some*** time.

Im gonna drop my honest review in after using this app a bit after months and months. I rate 5/5 because simple: app is clean, delivers exactly what it promises to, has minimal and bearable ads, has a TON of content, from gifs, to wallpapers, to anime thematic...etc. App doesnt blast spam you with notifications nonstop - as far as Ive seen it has only notified me when they updated their library with new images which is once every few weeks. All in all pleasant experience. Thank you.

Great app but wallpapers disappear after a few days and you have to reapply them (including rewatching ads).

Really excellent app, but these new ads are super intrusive and annoying. Popping up taking over the phone, and some having a timer. I end up just exiting the app and resetting it, instead of being buggered by them. I get the reason to have them, but some of those are too much.

Amazing for it being a free app, a lot of custom content. I would love if there were some more complex live wallpapers in the future and wouldn't mind paying a little bit to use them. As other people said as well I'd love the option to have separate live wallpapers for lock and home screen.

Words cannot describe how happy I am! I can never find the wallpaper thats perfect for me, like I am always switching wallpapers all the time but this app has brought me thr best wallpapers I have ever seen. I am so impressed by all the quality pixel art and jf thats your thing, this will easily outbeat Zedge. As far as I've seen, everything is free and the ads are only 30 seconds. Even the live gif wallpapers only have a 3p second ad!! I qm so impressed. Good Job!!👍

I really like the wallpapers but the ads are crazy annoying. I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks to stop them. I got 4 different ads from trying to apply a wallpaper and they don't stop playing when you leave the app so you can still hear them.

Yes, I love all of these wallpapers. Though, one thing I wish was an option, is to be able to set a seperate image for both the home screen and lock screen. I just don't want the lock screen and home screen to be the same. Otherwise, would highly recommend this app!

This is nice, except every time you add new wallpapers, it gets rid of the one I already have on, causing me to have to redo my wallpaper every time you "update" it with more. Honestly, this shouldn't be a thing. I use your app on my phone AND my tablet, and it's getting really annoying having to redo my backgrounds on both whenever you "update".

Amazing app! Seriously the best wallpaper app on the play store. The ads are a bit intrusive but they are worth it. I especially love the animated FREE wallpapers. I found a Bloodborne one that blew my mind. Some of these I would have paid for and still been happy, but the fact that they're free makes this app the best!

Love the wallpapers on here, the ads are in kind of a weird place and sometimes disrupt you setting a new wallpaper but it's nothing damaging. Just try again. Really just a cute app if you like the pixel art, a lot of which is amazing.

Great collection of art, but there is currently a bug for certain live wall papers forcing android pie's device theme to "light", ignoring the system setting. I think I have seen posts of other apps fixing this issue, if you could it this app would be perfect

Interface is easy to navigate. Content is great. Kinda wish that more live wallpapers were turned out more often, but I know that it takes time to make/find these things so I'm fine with waiting for quality work.

I really like this app, it's exactly what it's advertised and yes, you get ads for each pic you download but you can pay out of the option. For a free app, it does it's job. My only qualm as of now is that the gallery isn't being updated often as their vaporwave app so I might increase the rating if they do this regularly cuz I came back to this app after months but I still see the same pictures

Idk what the ppl in the comments are talking bout the ads..I see like no ads at all and when i do i just click the close button(unskippable they say).In fact there is no limits to what you can view and use without paying,Idk why there are'nt more ads.I got both my wallpapers and profile pic from the app,very large variety and even allows for you to make your own!Great designs and wonderful selections from anime to nature and stuff liddat.Can also see what orher ppl made as well.Overall a great experience using

I previously only liked one wallpaper app till now. Amazing selection of pixel wallpapers,great to see some of the old games I played get In as well. Don't mind the ads they got to make money some how but I will be upgrading to the no ads version for $5 once you see the live wallpapers you will understand why I will support this app

When it works it is fantastic and the user uploads are innovative. But it still crashes and bugs out occasionally when you are trying to set things, some wallpapers are too large, and the effects dont work for everthing.

This app is solid and although they haven't really added any new live wallpapers in a long time (from what I can tell), the selection is top notch and always fun to scroll through. I come back time and time again.

This is honestly the most cutest app ever. I would have given it a much higher score if it weren't for the fact that it doesn't goes back to my default wallpaper. It happens everytime I use a live wallpaper. Pls fix this. Thank you!

This app is absurdly amazing. The live wallpapers have to be some of the most beautiful and sometimes nostalgic wallpapers I've ever had the courtesy to have on my phone. But the regular wallpapers are so aesthetically beautiful as well. I would reccomend this app to anyone.
