Useless. Constant problems connecting to camera, constant freezing.. You can guarantee whenever you want to view the camera it will take forever to open or disconnect. Myself I've got 200mbps connection speed so definitely not a problem related to my connection.

Memory card usage = dogshit💩. D-Link and and Reolink are way better- will pay more next time. Reolink does not drop out, allows email notifications with picture for free, and has better night vision. App is only designed for the cloud and memory card does not work reliably. 💩🐶. Oh oh disconnected ! = More dogshit.

For the most part the camera works fine. Occasionally it goes offline and a simple reboot of the camera solves the problem. Although if it occurs when not at home the camera is unavailable until you are able to do that.

OK....so initially I blamed the camera and the app for my poor experience. But in actual fact it was my router. I've upgraded my router and now the cameras and app are working like a well oiled machine!

Just completely stopped working. Refuses to open. I've tried uninstalling the app, then reinstalling it several times, and still won't work at all. Very annoying as i've paid for cloud storage.

Ok for live view. Playback of footage from SD card is very hit and miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes you have to wait a minute or two for playback to start, sometimes it never starts. Maybe the cloud storage would work better, but the camera has an SD card and the software has a function to access it. It should work.

Some odd anomolies pop up now and then. for instance when you have the multiple camera screen displayed, and you have more than four cameras, and go to the second page, then swipe back to the first page, it displays a distorted screen in the upper right-hand corner. The app often needs to reload network settings for some reason as well. Other than that, for the cost of these cameras, they and the app is working satisfactory.

Update 2021/01/30: Yes, the clock on the camera is in a different time zone than the smartphone no matter how you change settings/flash firmware. When in Cloud Services screen can see upgrade plans available, but can't select one and upgrade. A window pops up and displays can't buy' with an explanation in broken english. Really? They don't want me to upgrade and charge me more money? It's been like this for months. No clock fix, can't upgrade, so are they just abandoning the app and leaving it out to make money before we finally go elsewhere? it WAS better than the Reolink app, but now just getting more annoying. Thank God it records to SD so I can rely that my videos will be saved somewhere if not the cloud. Downgrading to 3 stars. Like it better than Reolink app!

Latest versions have WAY too much advertising - gets in the way of everything on screen. Also, time zone setting is 1 hour off - not sure if that's due to this app or internal to the camera. But, there are very few apps that actually work - I've tried many apps that don't even recognize the cameras I have. So I'll stick with this one.

Works well most of the time. It would have been a great app if it wasn't a scam to get you to buy cloud storage. Once the free cloud event viewing is expired it will not let you view videos from the internal SD card. It just keeps popping up telling you to purchase video cloud storage for way more than ring charges! Looking for another app that does not try to trick you into buying something

The camera is great, but it keeps disconnecting from my network. I've used it for a little over 6 months, and I have had to repeat the set up more than a dozen times. Also, the fee for cloud storage is way too high compared to other brands and their native apps. Maybe the firmware on the camera needs a fix, and you should really think about leveling your prices with the field...

Great app!! App is simple to use and works fairly well. The only issue I currently have it takes forever to load the camera when in the app. First few weeks was fine, now takes upwards of 25 seconds. Network connection is fine, removed the app from phone and reinstalled as well. This did help the first time I launched the app however now it's back to being slow

The app is quite good. The device setup options are very helpful. However, the product in total seems to be problematic, as no matter how many times I would perform the setup process, the camera was always reported that it was getting disconnected. I ended up returning it to the seller. Pity, as it seemed to be a good camera. Also, there's no option to close the account. This looks a bit suspicious.

This has been so useful to me. I had a little problem with the camera not recognizing the memory card and support was very fast to respond. The camera works just fine for my needs. I recommend this for anyone needing simple security cameras. 11/26/19 it's been a month and no problems. I did not continue with the cloud storage but can access info from the memory card. I have the camera on my window sill and it spins its little head around and looks out the window if there is movement. Too cute!

The app is ok-ish, the ad on start up is annoying af and the app is slow to show you the live feed. It also doesn't let you fast forward if you're using a memory card, they really push you to buy the cloud service but considering my camera is pretty terrible (motion detection doesn't work 90% of the time and it disconnects frequently) there's no way I'm giving the company more money

Cameras are difficult to set up. Also have to pay for a subscription to each camera. I have 3, i have to pay separately for each of them. Also, wife and i have two different phones, it only allows you to hook up one phone. If you try to hook up the other phone, it kicks the other one off. The cameras themselves work but its bad app and system. Too expensive.

Very happy with these (I've two) cams. The speakers, microphone, range-of-motion and images are very good. The only issue I've had is an occasional drop off the internet. Can't be sure this isn't a Comcast / Xfinity issue. Even so, would be nice if they reconnect without my help.

The camera frequently looses its connection. There is nothing you can do remotely. It has to have the power cycled to reset.
