piZap Photo Editor & Collage

I have been using this app for a long time and for a while it's been very useful I have edited probably thousands of pictures. But here lately every time I try to edit something the app times out on me and closes out and I have to start over over and over and over and honestly it's just not worth it anymore so I'm going to download a different photo editing app y'all really need to work out the bugs because this used to be a great app.

I love this app. It is easy and allows me to contribute puzzles to the public -- more importantly people with low vision and children. It's amazing what people learn when not even realizing the puzzle is teaching them something new. I did upgrade, but not due to function, it was only to prevent ads. It was worth it. Please know, the app works extremely well without the subscription.

Doesn't do the most basic thing you need a meme app to do: allow you to apply the classic meme style formatting to any text boxes you create. You know, the bold, white text, black outline. Otherwise the app has a lot of nice features and I'm going to keep it to use some of those features from time to time, but I have to rate it very poorly for that atrocious oversight on the most important feature missing from the app.

I've used this app for years and loved it. In the last few months though I've been having trouble with moving and resizing stickers and images. I preferred when the font size used numbers. It was easier to match text that way! Edit: December 20, 2021 The bugs have NOT been fixed yet! Now the paint is not right. It doesn't go where I tap. I emailed the developer as requested in their response to my review. They said to use their website which is difficult from a phone! That's why we use apps!

Well, it used to be a 5 star app, until a ton of features got limited. Now there's not as many backgrounds, borders, effects, or fonts to choose from unless you pay for the pro version. And the cut out tool that used to work wonders now barely works. It will only let you move what you cut out. You can't mess with the transparency, size it, or even remove it from your work. If this was fixed, the app would be a lot better and would get a 5 start rating. Please, Pizap, fix this issue.

EDIT-> Please contact me! Was a great app! After developer made 'improvements', it doesn't work well, MOST of the time. When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, most often used features fail, resizing, cut out/paste, transparency, etc. I love being able to cut very small. I wish it zoomed. Worked ok yesterday, today, again, nothing works. Fix it, or lose user that wants to stay. I'll raise stars if it improves. I emailed you. No resolution offered. Also, text won't change colors. Solution?

Very poorly put together app. The controls of simple adjustments like contrast/saturation/etc., are so off kilter I got different results every time. It seems this app is just about money, not about being a good artistic aid. The 'FREE' options are basically useless. There are some really good apps for photo/art, this isn't one of them. I recommend PAINNT or ARISTA as well as PHOTOBLEND & CARBON & ART FILTER for some REALLY UNIQUE results! I'm ditching this loser. UNINSTALLING!

There were issues I had when I used this mobile version: I sign up for free trial and the pro features don't work. The cutout paint tool is difficult to use. The cutout resize button on the bottom right doesn't work. The app responds with bots instead of humans. Best to email them instead.

Installed app, opened it, selected photo to edit, added speech bubble with text, clicked save, selected WhatsApp as destination, and it sent the photo WITHOUT the speech bubble: so it didn't work. I repeated the whole process carefully: still didn't work. Maybe you need to create an account? Or you have to turn on some setting or permission? Or install something else? Who knows?. No clues, no help text, no error messages, no feedback. Uninstalled it.

Update: I purchased the so and use it for my job. I really like it. However, it's still had issues. There are many times the filters do no work, and times filters will hit remove. The screen blacks out many times, especially if I get a call or have to check a text.

I used Pizap all the time but now it just doesn't work at all. I go to the app and it's a black screen. Won't upload a pic. It just stays black. What happened to this app? I tried uninstalling and installing again several times. Nothing. Guess I need to find another similar app.

Best Photo Editor I've ever used. Easy to Edit Photos, easy to design pictures with excellent Text to use on your design or off. Good for any photo, design, for any occasion. I actually enjoy and have fun creating with PiZap......Have fun.

This was at one point my number 1 go to photo app. But here lately been getting harder and harder to get it to do what I want. Since yesterday it will not even show my pictures. And before you think it's my connection it's not. Every other app works perfectly. And I tried this app on different devices and still same issue. "Please fix this, thanks!"

Absolutely not worth downloading. Tried to make a collage without using their templates. The app offers you to size the picture but when you click on the green 'expand' circle it moves the whole picture. Too many adds popping up. App freezes way too much.

👎👎 This WAS my favorite app up until they started charging. Yes, there are still a 'few' edits that can be made free of charge but not many. So I guess I'll be looking for a new photo editor because I'm uninstalling this right now. Two thumbs down 😣. Signed, extremely unsatisfied

Absolutely awful! Gallery pictures are so tiny you can hardly see them. No way to make gallery pictures bigger, and to go to the next picture, you have to go out of the program, and back into it. Very poor design, very hard to operate, really too bad because it looks like a great program.

Have used this app for years and loved it. Got a new phone and this app no longer works. Fonts don't work, text won't move or enlarge, backgrounds and borders won't load. I'm highly disappointed!

The app isn't working. Everything I click on either goes to a blank white screen or back to the first page. Update... today it is working. Hopefully it was just a glitch.

Please, please, please check the app again and fix the problems the images don't stay in place, it crashes during a project and goes blank after hard work, the enlarge/reduce effects don't work unless you type in text then delete it 😢this app when working properly is the best one of many I've tried hate to lose it because of inefficiency work on it please thank you.

I'm really disappointed, the app features seem really great but I signed up for the free trial and it accepted my card the issue is it isn't registering on the app or desktop that I've started the free trial but still have the basic setup. Please help with this.

This has got to be one of the worst apps ever. I even went ahead and subscribed to the pro version and it didn't give me any extra features. It is advertised as one of the best wrinkle remover apps, yet it has no features to even remove wrinkles!!!

It's usually good, but for some reason, it's started acting up, making me have to tap the other side of my phone screen to get it to pick up a cut out image. Fix that calibration issue, and I'll re-install and give a better review.

I had this app on another phone. It WAS my favorie. When I got another phone, I downloaded it. I was looking through the layouts, backgrounds, stickers & other features. NOW you have to buy it...when it once was free. I used alot of the backgrounds and stickers...when it was free! Need to add softball backgrounds and stickers...FREE!!

if you check how long I was loyal to your app you would know how much I loved it...I also recommend the app to so many. till recently on another new phone is downloaded it and to be honest you haven't done yourself any favours by only letting a few of your scenes, then we went now have to upgrade to pro to use the ones that were free... It didn't take me long to wipe it and for the first time go elsewhere. a real shame I'd say.

This app has lots of useful customizations to adjust picture tone, but it's very glitchy and it's hard to get the app to do what you want. There's not very many fonts either. Geulgram is a much better choice.

I have been using this app for long period. Now it is misbehaving especially on icon of paint and icon of effect, features are totally the same. I wonder what us happening. Of late is misbehaving do much. Kindly fo something or I uninstall the app.

I wish I could give it five stars but once they started limiting the options you can have to create or edit a photo I stopped using this app and went to other apps instead. I wish they would've gone back to the way it was before where you had more options to choose from.

It was better back when it first came out. Now you can barely move the text and half the time you have to go back and redo the whole photo because the text freezes in weird places and you're unable to move or delete it.
