Terrible. Changing address is impossible. Does not register orders correctly. I am uninstalling and will just use the website. It's easier and more reliable
Great online delivery and pick-up service. Highly recommend if you like tasty food delivered right to your doorstep from your favorite restaurants. ✌️
An easy food delivery platform I can't go without !
When you exit the app in the middle of an order it is difficult find the order again...
Mostly the app works well. It sometimes has a problem when you slide on top where different dishes are selectable
Very bad. We were told at 19h52 that delivery would be done within 44 min, so at 20h36. It is now 21h32 and delivery has still not been done. This is the case every 3 orders out of 5. Professionally this is unacceptable. People are fired in Cies when they are so unreliable. Alain
Good service until problem arrived and customer service has poor handling of problem. They believed the restaurant with poor reviews(2stars)rather than the customer who had no prior problems. Restaurant lied about delivering and calling, obviously a lie because only the customer service has unknown number calling me that day.
App remake is a step backwards.. it now takes multiple clicks to get the same information, and the app is less friendly in terms of what to click next. maybe you can argue is'more attractive' but that's subjective, i'd rather have less reactive but functional. i use takeaway at LEAST once a week. i don't want to use this app anymore, is not user friendly anymore, sorry.
So far, evething went very well - easy to use, reliable, providing detailed information.
Support was kind of late to assiston a cancelled order by vendor
Made an order through the app and waited an hour before calling them. They hung up while I was in line waiting TWO TIMES, and on the third someone finally picked up and after an eternity trying to get the details right, hey informed me that the restaurant cancelled my order because it was invalid. I said that I never received any notification whatsoever of this cancellatin and my order appeared as valid on the website and app. She just said she would refund me. Never using this again.
Don't take too much from the restaurant. Always satisfied
Not sure how it happened but it just doesn't work properly. After an hour waiting (on three different occasions) I call the restaurant and each time they did not receive the order. They then make the order and expect us to still pay after 2,5 hours of waiting. How is that fair? EDIT: pizza was sent to a different adress, (right adress in confirmation email) cold pizza now on it's way. Awesome.
Payments are glitchy and suspect if you have paid or double paid.
You have to install the app to use a voucher, despite there being an option to submit a voucher on the website. Once you use a voucher you are forced to use an online payment method and cannot use cash. Very clunky, needs to be more user friendly.
Like this app so much that we use it more than we should ;-) Glad the Food Tracker came back, although it's not always very accurate (presumably depends on the restaurant entering actual or just average times).

Customer support for this service is a joke. Unfortunately there is no alternative to order from certain restaurants. The riders are usually nice and delivery times are good but you just can't get in touch with them when something goes wrong with the order.

Constant hitch in scrolling on multiple devices.
Nothing but issues with this app don't show restaurants as closed when they are open. Had to reinstall the app and after multiple errors with payments I finally got trough would rate it 0/5 if possible fix this problem or I'll go elsewhere.
It works perfectly and the staff is exceptional. There was a change in the latest update and I confused pickup with delivery but they returned my money instantly.
App freezes often when trying to scroll
This app was working well till few months now I think the gps tracker is no longer reflecting correct time . It says my food has arrived but the rider will come earlier. I have already complained on this . It has happened for my last 5 orders and is not connected to the restaurant but the gps seems wrong
Clean design and fast when use. It would be nice if there are pictures display next to the dishes.
I had "payment unsuccessful" error message in all last 6 of my orders, and every time the order has been charged. Are you kidding me ? I have already complained to the customer care, it's been 2 days and I am still waiting for a proper response.
a bit misleading advert that shows pictures of the meals. I checked several different companies and menus and none had pictures so you have to guess
