if I could give it a negative, I would. This is the perfect example of these trash as corporations creating a brand but doesn't know how to create an app. Practically all apps related to the food industry here are pretty trash. Ngl even our banking apps are not up to standard.

The app always break down whenever I tried to rotate the screen on my Samsung S6 Edge to view the queue ticket taken.The app also has some problems in correctly displaying the fonts in the app,as evidenced by the fact that, every time I open the app, it fails to fully display all the words in each screen/page. Better if the developer can fix these bugs/technical issues ASAP.
Worst ever user experience. Took me half an hour to just place an order for one pizza even though I have been using online food apps for years. Confusing and looping user interface and workflow. At one point I am puzzled at whether I have placed an order or not. Better to go down to order in person.
How is this a app for such a big chain restaurant to order anything, holy **** my grandma and make a better app than this. Amateurs
After entering credit card information to pay for an order, it will skip past the confirmation screen and go to the "change delivery method/see rest of menu" screen. Tried three times, had the same thing happen each time, pointless having the app if I have to order on the PC or call instead.
Absolutely terrible. Opens in Chinese, requires you to read Chinese to find the settings and change to English. Impossible to put in the address, errors with a non-sensical message "network is not stable". My Chinglish isn't good enough to understand what that means!
Very difficult to use. When ordering, it needs to input delivery address many times. Also, you have no idea whether you made the payment or not. I think it needs to redesign the whole process flow of ordering. To conclude, it's to better to order by phone.
Unable to place orders: once you logged in to your account and choose either Delivery or Takeaway, it works only the first time. If you pressed back or try again the next time, it will show a blank screen. Tried this on both my Android phone and iPad, behavior is the same. Please fix it
I could not confirm my order today. Visually it looks good but could be made a lot easier. I wanted to order but couldn't. Pizza Hut didn't make money off me so my students couldn't enjoy the party. This is why face to face might not save time but usually works much better every time.
Order could not be placed even I finished entering credit card details. No order had been created. I tried 2 times and got the same result. It is highly recommended not to use their app to place order if you want to order pizza.
The updated version always said there is an internet error on my phone when ever I try ordering self pick up takeaways.... All my other app that requires a connection works fine, but pizza hut is just giving me a hard time.
The app automatically turn the screen brightness to maximum when using the coupon. This app does not allow you to place orders,but rather redirect you to the website.
Looks profesional, but not user friendly for using. No clear instructions, thought I made my order, but found out order not placed after 1 hour. I couldnt know since first time use and bad display of the information of current order.
Chinese language only...? And unable to place order. Takes all the information, then just returns me to the main page. Same with website. They really don't want any orders at Pizza Hut.
Whenever I have to edit an order by clicking "return", everything in my shopping cart was gone for good - have to re-place an order all over again!
Worst food ordering app I've ever used. The ordering process is so confusing that it causes duplicated orders.

Rubbish! Tried to place order, and the app always freezes on the credit card payment. Sorry, I'm ordering from another pizza place.
The food quality is bad and they forgot to give me the sauce which is crucial. No customer service so i cant complain elsewhere otherthan apps store. There are other pizza delivery at hk and i dont think a decent person needs to order from this, strongly recommend other pizza deliveries.
app ordering not work, always go back to main page after fill in payment details. finally i used web ordering and succeeded. So whats the point to install the app?!
If it ain't broke why force a fix that actually doesn't fix it???? I can't even use the app now it's all in Chinese!!! IT'S USELESS!!!
Please revert to web based ordering until the App has been fully tested...cannot order since launch of the App update may 1 - Still very unstable and many bug
Cannot order any food, nothing happens when I click check out, not even if I changed to pay in cash. Just like they do not want their food being ordered.
Bad UX and worse optimizations. Reload whenever any option chosen, and then users have to re-order again from the very beginning if the back button was pressed. The interesting thing is that the back button is supposed to be back to the previous page, it will however cancel the order you were working on instead.
