It's good, very easy to use, my only issue is sometimes the order resets, but it's definitely superior compared to the website.

Why isn't hut rewards points being added to My account? For last 10 orders my hut rewards is never increasing. And by some chance, hut rewards appears suddenly in app, and due to a payment page error hut rewards is back to Zero. And no hut rewards if I login from browser??

I enjoyed browsing a wide variety of options. Easy to use, and the best thing is it never hang up on me.

The App. is fantastic, easy and fast, but unfortunately many times the order is coming late or cold. البرنامج جداً رائع وسهل وسريع لكن للأسف في كتير من الأوقات الطلب بيتأخر او بيوصل بارد

The experience is very good. But I would like to know the Validity of Hut rewards? Also, I noticed that I did not get any rewards in my recent purchase

I ordered once... The order did not received to pizza hot.. They didn't deliver it neother refun my money all what they said was technical issue.

Easy to use, with some small issues with the address input, the map always give wrong street number, which may cause problems for the delivery process

I've waited for more than 2 hrs, i starved myself for it. No calls no update for the order. And talabat make me wait more and more and keep telling that it will be arrive. Im so disappointed.

I never get my hut rewards point so whats the use of the application and you promise reward points to your customers. Fix your application to a standard.

Not good, the salwa branch doesn't show on the map for pick up I reinstalled it and Still the same.

Each time i am trying to pay with my K-net or credit card, it fails this is why i will desinstal this app.

I have noticed that they increased price of each dish than the usual.

App is good to use, staff is very cooperative, prompt delivery time.

Delivery 1 hour late, still I don't get proper response after multiple complaints. Customer service is very poor.

Loved the application and the sincere customer support until one fine day. The order is delayed by 2 hours! Worst of all the application shows a 30 mins delivery time! I had been anticipating it haven't received it yet! I would have prepared accordingly if I have mentioned earlier if it does take 2 hours, but NOPE. Sorry guys, you lost a loyal customer. Worst if all, disappointed I was left with nothing, not even a repaying offer/coupon.

The program does not work, when you submit a purchase order, the program puts an old date for the order and records the order without paying the amount. Also, the other problem is that there is no follow-up by the staff in customer service, as well as they are not interested and unprofessional in dealing with the problem, for example, I ordered a pizza Yesterday and until now, it has not been received....disappointing

Update. Still the same. Points for redeem is not adding. 1 point is still remaining to be 30 Updating They contacted with me immediately and told that points will be added automaticaly only with delivery. For dine in and take away we should ask cashier to add points. Even for pick up service points should be added automatically. P.S. they didn't keep a promise

Updating my review 28-3-2021. Super bummed out you guys removed the buy one get one free deal from the app. From personal experience, In a lot of cases, it was the main thing that got many people to order Pizza Hut instead of other alternative competitors in Kuwait. Also, I've noticed the Hut Rewards seem to be bugged, if you sometimes use different phone numbers, on the same account to order from the app it doesn't update the rewards as it should and it stays the same.

Connection between payment and reward is not well made

1. Please make sure your delivery employees are familiar with the areas to which they deliver the orders. 2. The rewards section doesn't update. It is always zero no matter how much you buy. 3. I wonder why, unlike other apps, the customer has to choose pick up or delivery, add the address and set the order time before even seeing the offers and the prices to decide whether he is going to make an order or not!

Same problem tomuch delay Delivery to much time taken and I was ordered many times but every time late. Today ordered an 1 hrs still not deliver now what I do Next time I will not order and I will try another shop

As much as the app is user friendly, and since you encourage using your app, your delivery is very unsatisfactory. I ordered twice today. In the afternoon I was supposed to receive my order at 2pm...got it only by 2.45. Evening, was scheduled for delivery at 7.30, yet customer service informed me that they can deliver only at 9pm. Sadly this would not motivate me to order on you app. I take away 2 stars, one for each order of mine today. Sorry.

I've difficulty trying to browse and navigate through the app menu, so much lag and app become unresponsive and it doesn't just stop there, at checkout the app simply give me msg "we couldn't place order, please try again!" This app is just broken I don't know how they release such things without testing. Edit: after dev response I tried to give app another try, issues I been talking about seems to be fixed, app working just fine atm!

Very good app, I like using it simple and intuitive , to the point, but my issue With the default address don't load while checking out.. I have to manually enter the address every time I order which is annoying , also I can't edit my address , only there is delete option

Very bad experience...the restaurant cancelled the order with out calling or giving any feedback 😕 and even after contacting the customer service twice..nothing done...no pizza and no money...this is my first order through the app. And ofcourse the last one. 👎
