Pizza Hut Malaysia

Just dont use this app. 18th Apr order at 6.23pm. Estimated delivery 7.24pm but now 7.58pm still no news and no call from them. Tracker is blank. Dominos pizza is better. I have never encounter this kind of issue whenever using their app or services. Their delivery is always on time. This is my first time ordering pizza hut after a very long time and this is what im experiencing. This suppose to be fast food but turns out to be slow food restaurant. My first and last ordering pizza hut online.

Your Order Tracker is not accurate. Status stated order has been delivered when it is actually have not. Are u purposely do that so that your statistic shows u have fast delivery? Please be honest! And yes, your address setting is really upsetting.

Bad app and customer service, only update online order until packed, not delivered. Called centre, even they cannot confirm. Dont use this except for pick up.

There is no update about my order in the app!! The branch is waiting for the Grabfood to fetch it and deliver it to me, but in the app it is still not "In the oven" or "Being packed" on the apps!! Just stated "Order confirmed" only..

It's a good app to order and discover menus and coupon to get cheap deals But it's also intentionally misleading Ex. Showing 2 pizza on the coupon and found out it only one

Awful app. Got a coupon from the app but I can't use it. Called to ask for help, told me supervisor will call in 5 mins, waited for 3 hours still no reply! Poor customer service!

the app is ok. Easy to use but the services is terrible. the order should arrive at 7.29 p.m but it arrive at 8.50 p.m. Not really recommend used it

After the update i can no longer make a payment using card. It's keep telling me that the tac i enter is incorrect.

should've button to cancel order 4 order that can't be fullfilled... i've encountered problem when i ordered 5 regular sized pizzas but the branch where I was supposed to "go & get the tapau" called and informed me that they can only prepare 1 pizza b'cos they don't have the ingredients 4 the other 4 pizzas... the staff then told me that they'll cancelled the order from the system 4 me... u know what... it took 3 days for the refund to be paid back to me... how do u think i feel about this?

Nice. Love it. Convenient. Oh well there was one time when the nearby outlet i choose for pick up is out of power, and the apps route my pick up order to a different outlet, which is 10 miles away. Had to call their customer service to cancel that order. Should have a feature saying that outlet not in service, and do not auto route to different outlet. Other than that, my experience is good.

Please improve your application. Keep on pop out the HTML and error code during login, adding item to cart and checkout. If the app is not complete, please do not publish it out. Please run your internal testing before publish it out. Keep on error for 30min+.

Most stupidest and dumbest app ever..if cant do an app..dont do.. just maintain call service..i cant order..cant put and redeem my coupons.. ntg.. everytime error.. try to do or develop something useful or dont do it at all..what a waste of time..useless..in the end i went to the store and bought..pffftttt..

The app is okay, but the service is terrible. I ordered like 3 or 4 times the same thing but every single time there's a missing item and the delivery guy gets more and more reluctant to give me the receipt so I wouldn't complain. Their latest tactic is that the docket number is not on the receipt so you cannot complain online. When I message their fb page they say they will compensate and look into the matter but it's been a year. Thanks but no thanks. Never going to order again.

I order and wait for 3 hours at the end,I didn't get my pizzaI already call customer service twice. This is really inconvenience because I bought it during ramadhan to eat for moreh. I wish the ones who eat,part of organiser need to answer this question in akhirat.

After updating to version 1.1.3 , still CANNOT select Date and Time, only ASAP is available. My previously saved collection outlets do NOT appear and every time I have to manually search for the address again. This new interface is very SLOW especially the animated Splash screen which is so annoying delaying the access when I run the app. Extremely bad experience with this updated version, poorly designed yet buggy

My only complaint is the address system. Fix it. It's especially annoying when you've already changed it back to the correct address many times and then when you're finally sure that it's finally correct, the address switches back to the wrong one on the order receipt. The app still has its merits and potential though.

order tracker is useless. when pick up at restaurant, the pizza is ready but no updates. by the time i walk in to ask, then it's passed to me... and it's already cold .. do you like cold pizza? is that your speciality?

Very dissapointed about the web side for ordering. Stuck at the field where to deliver even select others to deliver. System kept prompt to add in company name. Also, payment method via credit card no response on selection exp mth/yr of the credit card n also country. Have been trying for almost an hour, finally give up n choose others food delivery.

Delivery very slow. Never less than 1 hour. Foods delivered in a very unfavorable condition. Some are burnt and some are just left at the gate and kena hujan. No delivery notification. Even after the food has been delivered, the apps still show 'order in progress'. Made 3 complaints through this apps 'contact us', no respond at all.

What happened to the app? Up till now it was fine. Trued redeemimg a coupon I SECONDS AGO JUST RECEIVED. Says 'invalid date' when the coupon itself clearly says Reedemanle and indeed in the correct date. Fix it devs.
