After placing order, the app gave an error. The order placed was nowhere to be found. Tried ordering again,with another phone. The order was successful. Finally, two orders came to our house and two payments were made. Why did the first order go through when the app gave authorization errors? How are the customers supposed to know that the order went through? Bad experience. Please show the order successful page if the order goes through. Not give a ton of errors that imply that it failed.

When trying to end payment with mastercard, it doesn't let me finish my 16 numbers on my nets/mastercard and this really annoys the situation and in addition to that, the app bugs when it fails to let me key in the card number section and also when i try pressing the back button. Moreover, last resort was to be paid by cash and it troubles me to walk across street to withdraw money from the atm/bank. Do fix this bug/problem as it is not convenience for customers. Thankyou.

I redeemed my coupon for the pizza, but somehow credit card payment was not successful saying i was using an invalid coupon and the coupon disappeared. It seems I was tricked into making a pizza order as I received an email on this coupon promo, but basically it did not go through and had to order without the coupon. Otherwise, the app is quite easy to use. But not sure if I can trust Pizzahut after this.

Very inconvenient since it does not save my credit card although there is a tick box to save. Practically have to re-enter everytime i want to order online. Their competitions still gives out cheese packets. Here you can only add chili flakes.

Can't even open the app. Tried several attempts to open the app and keeps prompting try again later. Tried to delete and reinstall. it's still the same! I don't think it's even feasible to order from the app.

Decent app but not exceptional. Not as intuitive as it can be. Some options need to return to the home screen before you can access it again. Payment is OK, but can be slow and laggy. But it does it's job so I have o give it 3 stars.

Doesn't save any orders. They only show the seasonal pizzas. Bugs a lot. multiple lags. overall experience highly unsatisfied. so much easier to call and place an order than to use this god forsaken app. learn how to make it right or take it away completely please.

Fix your app. Redeemed OCBC member coupon and asked me to select OCBC Credit/Debit Card payment. Selected it and the pop up still says to select OCBC Credit/Debit Card payment. Tried applying on your website. Redeemed the coupon, this time I can go pass the payment screen and successfully pay for it. but whether the coupon works is totally another matter. Update: No!!! The coupon doesn't work. Ended up spending more than I have to. Zzz... Edit: The remade app feels smooth and easy to use. Gj

Click on the app-only deal, takes you somewhere else with another deal, then click to go back and it exits the app. And you just go in circles trying to get the deal. What's the point of advertising on 1st page of app and I spend 10 mins still can't and don't know how to get the deal?!

The most lousy food app. When I select delivery, couldn't find the new pizza flavours I wanted. But when I selected self collect, the new pizza options were there! Then another problem, if choose self collect, then all the pizza cannot choose hand stretch thin crust!! Tried the website also same problems. Registered another account still the same problem. When I decided to give up just order normal flavours, the $10 discount voucher suddenly disappeared for the new account!!! Super fed up!!!!!!!

Can you please use a system that is more like Dominos, where we don't have to set a collection or delivery date/time before being allowed to simply view the menu? It's annoying. I had to call the Pizzahut hotline to ask them to cancel because my order was immediately placed. Dominos only asks for delivery details AFTER you have seen their promotions and menu and prices. Also, why is pizza twice the price for delivery, + $4 delivery fee? Doubling the price for delivery is just insane

Very glitchy, when trying to pay using OCBC option ,the transaction when through but the app just show still loading. so thinking the transaction was not through, ordered another time and found out I double order. Ask for a refund via customer service which they helped me .

Its irritating if you add a coupon, you cant remove it from the cart later if its not working. You have to close the app and add everything again. Also the coupon said 20% off and said applied but it didnt actually give any discount.

Was purchasing and prompt message "not unsuccessful" on 1st to 3 attempts on debit. End up I paid on credit (4th attempt) and it was success. After that I check my online banking, I was shocked its minus with the unsuccessful too. So I checked on my email and I had 4 transaction emails from Pizzahut. I called pizzahut for correction. I'm using this app for a long time and this is my first time issue. Pls fix the bug. Thank you

Everytime I want to click a menu and view the description, the app keep asking me whether I want delivery or self-collect, and then ask me what time and where all those. Sometimes I don't want to order just yet, I just wanna check out the menu first. A suggestion is perhaps can put the delivery or self-collect all those details at the checkout page rather than keep flashing when clicking every menu or a deal?

Fast and convenient. However, be careful when ordering because of add-ons. E.g. 2 for $22 promotions but when you clicked, there will be additional charges and the total amount payable would be different.

Managed to order what I wanted but the ordering process was a bit confusing. I was wondering why I couldn't input my unit number and i realised that I was supposed to input it at the end of the ordering process. The "delivery address to: " at the front of the page got me confused too because they placed the address of the mearest pizza hut instead of my address. Other than that, it was okay.

Transaction could not go through several times and had to add items back to cart painstakingly because this app does not save what's in the cart. Ala carte prices also do not automatically be deducted in cart despite add-ons being cheaper. Delivery status is also not updated correctly had to keep calling the branch for update, even the branch was displayed wrongly.

For dine in, its a very bad experience. Servers are there but cant be bothered to teach new diners to the app...also some items on hard menu not in app...have to order thru the servers...defeats the whole purpose...

If the time slot is full, you shouldn't allow the user to proceed. It is super irritating to keep having to press back and re-elect a timeslot, especially when they are all FULL. BAD
