Garbage app. Literally don't bother, just use your phone to order directly from their website. Scrolling lags unbelievably and actually "rebounds" forcing you to keep 2 fingers on the screen at all times. Freezes if you try to scroll too "fast". Can't check prices without having to go all the way back to the beginning and start your order again.

Had to sign up again. Guess if you don't use it after a while they delete your I fo from the app? Finally got signed up and into the app and ordering was a nightmare. Couldn't scroll through the menu, page kept jumping around, items I didn't want got added. Luckily I double checked before finalizing the order and removed the unwanted items. If you have patience you will get an order placed but I am not a patient person for stuff like this.

Same interface issues as everybody else since 2019. You'd think with the detailed information That everyone else has left they'd figure out how to fix the app. Couldn't scroll through screens. Changed my keyboard to floating to get to a next button.

Insanely slow, even on a brand new fast phone. Nearly impossible to scroll through the items. No customizations allowed, so you cannot order a sandwich and have an ingredient left off. I tried to submit feedback through the app and it opened up a blank email with no TO address filled in. So even the feedback is broken.

**March 10, '22 edit** Absolutely no change! Still laggy! Horrible app! Sticking to calling in yet. ** The app is so laggy! Takes longer to place an order this way, than just calling it in. Also, there should be a dialog box for special requests to your order. I always get just chicken legs, but there was no where to request that. I will def go back to just calling in my order from now on.

Scrolling in the app is absolute garbage. Unless you swipe exactly the way they want you to, the screen bounces everywhere. And the deals are now at the bottom of the menu, forcing you to scroll through 2 miles of pain before you can save any money.

This app works 5% of the time. It's laggy and choppy. You can only order 1% of the time it actually works. It's two most favourite lines it gives is number one; "sorry we're close" I call and they're open, and number two; "the Carrington restaurant is only accepting calls"... Um I don't live there! I live about an hour and a half away you dope. This app makes my favorite pizza restaurant a chore to deal with. I like looking at all my options when creating my own pizza. wth happened to sodas!

Food is great. Restaurant vibe is great. Staff are great. This app, however, is terrible, just terrible. Scrolling locks up and bounces back. Prices are obscured. Deals are a pain to work with. Menu obsures options. It normally takes 3 to 4 attempts to simply make a simple online order. It is very antiquated, like the app was written to run on Windows 95. Start over with your app. Give us an app that matches the quality of your brand. PLEASE!!! Your app makes me spend my money elsewhere. Hello?!

This app has literally never worked for me. Scrolling is problematic, the language choice remains on-screen, and now, my user info keeps updating, preventing me from checking out. Better to order by phone

App no longer allows delivery order. Must call local store to make delivery order. App is slow and laggy all stemming from update for Android 12. Great, 12 users are fine but Android 11 and below are dealing with an unusable app.

Worst slowest app I've ever had on my phone. Ordering is impossible. I get sent to start over from scratch if I hit "back button" on control home keys, when I was only trying to get to previous section of menu. After a few tries at 20 minutes each, I've officially deleted this slow worthless app.

The food and customer service are great but this is the worst app I've ever used. It kept saying it couldn't recognize my address so I couldn't place a delivery order for MONTHS so I untinstalled and reinstalled just now and it won't even let me log back in

Everytime I try to order it freezes up, I have to close the app out and start over 3, 4, 5 times. Many times I have given up and ordered from a diffrent place. (Caseys). Please fix your app! Might be the most frustrating app I've ever used.

It is just a webpage wrapped in an app. And it is painfully slow and choppy. I have to spend almost a minute to scroll to the bottom the page when customizing a pizza. And if you scroll too fast, the app freezes up.

The experience with this app is absolutely horrid. You cannot scroll down without it rubber banding you back to the top, the app runs in what feels 5 frames per second. The interface is clunky and hard to use.

It maybe Paytronix Systems that's screwing thier app up to which I wonder if the rest of their apps are working the same ways as this. I uninstalled it earlier this year after once again as usual after some years swapping to a new smartphone then being unable to connect my Piazza Ranch Rewards Cards to the app and worked alright with last smartphone but remember having same issue with previous phone before the last phone but was able to be fixable but this time it was totally unfixable on Edge+

Installed the app. Tried to log in with my credentials but told no matching customer found. Logged in with my credentials on my PC with no problem. Tried again on the app, same result. Tried creating a new account, but told mybrewards number is already registered. Promptly uninstalled the app.

Very slow app. Jumps around and just makes ordering hard. Nice to have to make orders but takes forever to place orders compared to other restaurant apps. The app is very unstable. Wish it was better because we order often from pizza ranch.

Doesn't work. You have drop down boxes incorrectly linked on the sign up page. You cannot select the how many in your household question but it is required in order to sign up. How that is missed in testing when it directly impacts your sign up number is mind boggling. It seems like you go out of your way to prevent me from spending money at your stores.

Can't order at all. "Could not load this web page. The app may have been misconfigured." Well I sure didn't configure it, so that's a useless error message to me. Moving on to Domino's; their app works. 👋🏻

Since the update I can't use the app. Won't let me login. Won't give me an option to update password or forgotten password. Basically, pizza ranch is losing business because this update kicked me out and I can't get back in without creating a brand new account.

The pizza is great but the app is horribly executed! Extremely slow and sluggish. Half the buttons do not work. This nothing new. It's been horrible for at least a year!

You'd thick if they wanted you to become a rewards member and sign up, the App would allow you to do so. I get to the registration question that asks for the number of people in your household (required, but why?) and it makes me select a yes, or no response. Since this is a required line I cannot go any further and the app won't let me sign up. C'mon PR, get this simple thing fixed. I expect more of a growing chain to have a working app.

Excruciatingly slow and glitchy. Some tabs wouldn't open at all. Could not scroll --kept reverting back to midway through the page. I finally gave up and went with a different restaurant tonight.

Stupid app...won't let me sign up all the way. I get to the last 2 questions and I can't answer them and continue. Why can't it just be like other apps where you say you want to sign up with Facebook or Google or whatever platform and leave it at that? Why so you have to sign up or sign in? I'm not giving you my user name and password for my platforms! Uninstalling!!

We had a great time eating here. The food is sooo good, but the chicken is the best chicken I've ever had and we'll be eating here everytime were in helena because we have 4 kids and the price is not too bad. The only thing was that the busser asked me like 10 times in 30 minutes if I needed my stuff thrown away. I almost felt like we were being rushed to leave. So yes she might have been thinking she was being helpful but I would be eating and look up and there she was asking if I was done.

Ordering is tough. I try to scroll down and it bounces back up. Otherwise the navigation is horrible. You add an item and it's 5 clicks to get back to the menu.
