Completely useless app, never got credit for purchases. I installed the app on 7-29-19. I've never had a problem with any other app. Whenever I'd make a purchase I'd have them scan the app and when I questioned why purchases weren't showing up was told 'they'll show up later it takes time to generate.' Have purchased my 4th pizza since installing the app, you guessed it, none have ever been credited to my account. Based on the experience with the app I'll be skipping pizza rev the restaurant
Why does the app always mute the music or podcast I'm playing? Also, whenever there's a double points promo I never get double points. I've had to complain to customer support three separate times. Seems like they never bothered to fix this stupid app.
App doesn't tell you or notify you if they are out of something. Staff call you 15 minutes before your order is ready for pickup to ask if you want a substitution or to cancel and refund your order. What's the point in ordering ahead for later if they don't notify you earlier instead of when you are already driving there? They also don't leave a message if you don't answer your phone, so you may not know your pizza is not ready until you show up to pick it up.
The app suddenly stopped working and says my app is not verified... probably tampered no further explanation and no obvious way to address the issue. I've tried reinstalling and running security scans to no avail.
Works for checking in but it's notifications are now useless, plus they are late. Opening them opens the app with no offers and nothing in the inbox. It used to work fine over a year ago. Sad!
I LOVE PizzaRev, so naturally when I heard there was an app I got super excited. Unfortunately the app doesn't work.. at all. I go to click on something and the screen goes blank. The reward I was told I have apparently doesn't exist, either. It's a shame. Please fix the app!
Sometimes the QR code feature fails but most of the time it works.
I don't know what they recently did with this app but it is completely broken. It crashes all the god damn time. Before the fancy ui update it worked great after they tried making the app look fancy it went downhill.
I love pizza rev! Not the app. You'll wake up to a deal. $6 pizza and 2x points. Sounds good. Open app>click items>FULL PRICE. So I call through the app ITS SOME MANAGEMENT COMPANY, but they'll give me the number. You could keep me with good pizza and subpar employees, but come on. Get it together a little bit.
I have no idea why but awhile ago my app reset. I lost all my points and the free pizza I had. It made me mad so I just haven't used it. I had to reset my password but had no idea it had forgot all my info. Last year I got a free birthday pizza and this year it never came so I went into my account info and realized why, It truly did wipe my whole account and all the info I had saved. No wonder I never got notified of a birthday pizza.
App stopped working since updatemonth ago can't craft your own pizza still.... check your app before updating next time wont work on razer phone 2 iPhone 6 or Samsung galaxy note 10+....how is this app still broken????
They don't credit you the correct amount of points. Twice in a row now they failed to credit me 2X points as the app claimed I should receive.
Still great!. Missing buffalo chicken and spicy pepperoni though.

It is easy to use. I especially like how you can scan your receipt for points if you forget to tell them that you are part of their loyalty
Great pizza but they must shut off the app during busy times because most times it says temporary unavailable most times I want to order
i got a birthday email saying to take alook at the offer, the app wont download, fortunately the cashier seen my struggle and offered it on the house!!!! THANKS PIZza rev 2 star
The app won't start. Complains about tampered device and exits. I have no way to use it.
App wont download from Google Play Store, Great pizza, love the setup and the hot sauces are insanely good! 👍

Scanning my receipt always comes up with an error.
This app could use work. I mistakenly placed an order for pickup, instead of delivery, on December 29th, and when I tried to change it, it wouldn't let me. So then I tried to cancel it. It wouldn't let me. I called the store to see if they could change or cancel it, they couldn't. I contacted app support, I still haven't heard back from them. I ended up placing the order again for delivery and paying for it twice but only getting the single order. Don't order using the app. Just use postmates.
