I have lost points trying to scan my receipt. It would be helpful to be able to enter in the code. I lost points today because I couldn't get the camera to even load. That was after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I hate this!!!! Not even worth one star rating!!!

Tries to download this twice. Waste of time both times came up "object reference does not have lust of object" what does that mean???? Useless, I'll stick to my Starbucks app that actually works!
The app constantly closes out or when it does open it doesn't allow me to scan my receipt.
Verification email never arrived (and was not in the spam folder, I checked) for me to be able to earn or redeem points. I prefer the physical card for earning/redeeming points.
I have tried to contact with no luck ....please fix the problem
