Love the app! Easy to understand and use. Very convenient, especially to make transfers, money is available right then. Card controls just in case you misplace your card. Even bill pay and people to people pay.
Very helpful when it works. I need to constantly download and then uninstall after using because it will continuously reappear on my screen. I use my phone for work and this is extremely annoying.
Overall very easy banking. Can only transfer between accounts and not external transfers on the app. Like it and hope it doesn't completely change if new features are added.
The app has a glitch for Android users. Sometimes the app will open by itself, when exiting out of the app it will pop up again. Other than that, app works great. Pretty self explanatory.
Works well for the most part. Does seem to go down at times and have minor issues. With this said it is much better and easier to use than other banking apps I've used before.
Worked really well for awhile. I was able to use my fingerprint, but now I have to authenticate every single time. Its a pain
Love it! easy to use and very convenient. Misplaced my debit card and was able to turn it off until I found it. Easy to transfer funds and pay bills. No security issues ever.
The app is good and does what it's supposed to do.... BUT, after closing the app it opens on its own. No matter how many times I close the app it just keeps on popping up.
Keeps crashing when I try to make a mobile deposit. Sometimes won't close and reopens app no matter how many times I force close it. Had to restart my phone to finally get it to stop.
The app it's self is ok kinda basic unless you have a business ACC but the bank employees are pretty bad, had to clear a check a little sooner than expected called and was told no one was there to help but they'd leave a message still waiting for the email three months later
Overall poor app. PCB bank has very poor customer service in general. Tooooo corporate. Free deposit box promised with cking acct doesn't exist. Brank staff can't do the simplest think like witness a simple signiture, (though they will notorize it). At time 100k + in acct. Insignificant amount to them! Use local credit union!
I used to love this app but since I have changed phones, when I try to log in it asks me to enroll my phone number. When I type it in it tells me that number is already enrolled...which I know. I have used it for years. But there is no way around this step that I have found. I cannot even log in.
As far as banking online I have never had a problem with this app and I have never had a Problem with Plaines capital. A very service oriented bank and app.
I think its soooo annoying when u can't get into another app without this one popping up over and over and over even after you close it?? Fix this !! It is a bank app???
App keeps opening up by itself. Super annoying! It also crashes too often.
exceptional, easy to use, I've never had a problem. I'm so thankful that PlainsCapital offers this for us. I use mobile banking 99% of the time.
Poorly designed interface that makes mobile deposit unnecessarily difficult. Very frustrating to use for mobile deposits. Definitely a weakness.
Please fix the app opening multiple times a day/ night unexpectedly. It interrupts, and is obtrusive.

The app is really come a long way and is much more easy to use. It's very simple and intuitive and it's easy for me to look at my accounts and transfer money and pay bills.
Total fail, I've had to delete and download it several times in one week. It won't load properly or at all.
It keeps crashing. I have to uninstall and reinstall frequently. Such an inconvenience.
Not happy with the login. I was able to log in with ID and Pswrd on the computer but not on the phone. Keeps telling me error.
HORRIBLE app. Despite the fact that I've adjusted the settings to let me log in via my fingerprint, it CONSTANTLY makes me enter my username/password, at which point I have to receive a security code by text. It's a neverending cycle. FIX. THE. APP.
