Select a theme from an endless and ever growing themes picker to give your event a visual perception.
Mini invitation Cards:
Generate mini invites for your events providing the essential information as well Google Maps based location for ease of tracking based on the event theme and instantly share the mini cards with your friends, families or guests via your favourite sharing platforms such as facebook, twitter, whatsapp or simply email or message them.
Itinerary:
Easily plan the various activities across different days during your event by mentioning the activity date, times etc using easy to use date and time pickers and let us handle the rest, while you enjoy the event.
Guest List:
Manage your guest list at one place. Add new guests or import the ones on your contacts list along with their contact details. Keep count of the no. of guests invited, attending as well the ones who haven't responded yet. Moreover, keep track of the amount received from your guests to calculate the return of investment (ROI) for your event.
Delicacies/Food Menu:
Mention all the delicious food items that you'll be serving segregated into different categories such as appetizers, snacks, drinks, main dishes, salads or desserts to keep your food menu as tempting as your event.
Todos/Tasks:

There's no save button - I've tried to save an event 3 times now and there's no way to do it, I think backing out might do it but you can't just save your progress as you think of things without inputting arbitrary details :/
I am enjoying the visual nature of the app and like the mini invite cards but would be so much better w RSVP option. Beyond that I love the duplicate info feature and hope this will help me stay organized. I host the same event weekly with different themes and people so the checklist is handy. my requests: -RSVP link from invite w plus 1, 2 opt. -share button auto populates - more/customizable images - opt out ads - mass message to those who RSVP yes
There is no auto save. If app is closed all is lost unless you manually save after each item. Bummer if easily distracted.
Great App and provides an enabling platform for planning various events all in one place. kindly allow users to add their own "Task Type" to the options provided. Will be looking forward to a favourable response.
Would have been an amazing app but it kept crushing every time without warning or auto saving anything... even after reinstalling it thrice!!
Deletes everything!! Twice now I have created events and added significant details and come back later to find NOTHING! No event at all!! Waste of time!
Great app but i can't print or share anything for others helping in the planning. Unfortunately i have to uninstall. All the work I did and can't print. :(
Very useful, but then is there a way to add my own pictures so that it can look more cutomised, and besides is there a way to just send a link for invitation
It won't save data even when I have saved it when I get out from the app its deleting everything not straight away this has happened twice so not going to do it again
Useful, well designed app. However it would be great if users can create custom event themes rather than only the existing event theme types offered.

why I can't send the itenary to my guest
The application has a very pleasant look and feel! I'm planning to use it for my wedding day so I'm really going through it entirely :) The application could be perfect: 1. if it allowed two accounts to work on 1 shared event. 2. If all shop type of tasks, delicacies and the cost per guest multiplied by number of attending guests would be automatically added to the expenses section. Would be nice to have an option to set a different currency than $ :) Are you planning more features/updates?
