Plan Tracker

I really wanted to use this service because the interface looked great, but both the app and website kept displaying my budgets incorrectly and making more headaches for me instead of making things easier for me. I wrote to them to ask for help, and they wrote back promising assistance but then never heard from them again. Tried emailing again a couple of weeks later to request help before my trial ran out so that I could actually trial the product before subscribing but never heard back. Bad product and worst service.

For those having trouble creating an account, you need to contact plantracker and they will give you your sign in and password. Then you need to select forgot password and go into your email and change it. Also on my phone I have to tap the user name bar about 5 times to bring up the keyboard. Hope this helps 😁

Downloaded the app for Android and there is no keyboard coming up to log in so the app is useless to me at the moment. If there is a fix please let me know as I need to use the app for my sons funding. I can only access my sons account via my laptop.

Keyboard bug is the reason for 3 stars. Can't edit details because of the keyboard error which i found a way around if i paste my credentials in.

After entering login details... 'Go' does nothing!!! App is useless

Won't bring up keyboard to enter details. No option to create an account Waste of time.

Hard to use if it doesn't work

Hasn't been loading for over a week now very annoyed.
