1 star because of my recent experience, the app marks up the price of EACH menu from the actual price and then charge some more for the delivery, which i think is too much. Actually i like this app because they deliver to a lot of locations and the app have a wider range of restaurants. But the somewhat ridiculous price markup is a turnoff. I hope they will revise their pricing fairly.

Delivery fee is super expensive. Also, it takes ages for them to deliver, approximately 1-2 hours but with that the team have to reconfirm your order after 30 minutes. Filters are messy, each restaurant requires to indicate your address every time. No options for card so you gotta bank in to them manually. Waste of time, but only for desperate situations.

Ordered at 12pm noon and ask to send at 5pm, then they messaged me that my order is confirm. When I messaged to track my delivery, they just said the shop forgot to prepare my order. If I did not asked, I would still be waiting for the food which would never come. Luckily no option for payment via online, if not would have spent money on nothing. Plus the app marks up the pricing when checking out. Very very disappointing and bad service. Would not recommend at all.

First time using the app is really good.Second time wanted to order food but I wasn't able to make one as their system was disabled.After seeking advice from them (via HQ number) then I was notified that their service were not available at that moment.

Very late to confirm the cancellation of order. The excuse is the shop forgot to prepare thr food. Very very bad service. You should make sure the shop accordingly. Not last minute as this.

Price markup on item and especially delivery fee is ridiculous. Some price more expensive than sending postage to other state and your competitor app.

Sometimes it works. Sometimes, it doesn't. During this Restricted Movement Order.. this app is kinda useful when it is working. Otherwise.. meh.. just use grabfood.

it's suck when u want to make a pre order, but the apps keep saying that "order disabled". Not recommended

Used to love it because able to pay online and dont expect me to have cash at all times wgen i am at home.. Now have to pay COD beginning to unlike this service

Can't check out after choose menu. Pls fix it. I still have 2 use pc to order

How do you guys charge for the delivery though? The distance is near but charge RM 5 for it. Can you guys reprice the delivery charge?

I syorkan this app to everyone especially those who live in Kuching area. They deliver food direct to your house , the foods fresly from the local restaurant. Thumbs upppp!

Order disable ,always ..Don't know why ..Please don't give fake hope la weyy ..Then the developer did not reply why the order disable😌Don't deserve any star at all to be honest😅

Cant order, ordering disabled

"Ordering is disabled." This phrase keep appearing no matter what restaurant or dishes we picked from. An explanation is much needed or else I will take this matter to Sarawak Multimedia Association, KPDNKK and other related authorities to take action if you don't.

Bad service

Of course we need to pay for their delivery service even late due to wrong address. Please be considerate. If not, go and buy your good yourself.... I am thankful for their services bcos I am a lazy driving person.. and they shown price for delivery NOT HIDDEN... you have rights to choose order or not to order...

Difficult to navigate. On the app no connection to Google account. After many tries to specify my address I finally give it up. Not a good impression and certainly my not market standard.

this app so slow. almost three hours waiting for it. and cannot cod has to bank in .

It did the job,my food came lol .need some bug fixing on the app,website working fine.

Shud more careful on customer orders.. customer order different... they themselves decide order other menu... shud tell customer about the menu either its out of stock or finish.. want to change order they said rider out from the shop already.. kindly fix ur customer services

NEVER TRUST THIS APP!! I ordered early but it only acknowledged our order after the delivery time we set!!! The rider still went to the wrong place and it still charged us delivery fee.It was a lousy experience.
