I love Planet Sub, but the app needs more work. Not all locations accept the payment through app, even when they're listed in the app as participating. The app also no longer lets me sign in; I receive an error that my session has expired immediately after I enter my email address. I reinstalled the app, but it still doesn't work.
The app no longer works after the latest Android update it seems. It logged me out when I tried to open it this time and attempting to log back in just kicks me back to the get started screen as soon as I enter my email. Reinstalling doesn't fix the problem either, so for now I can't access my rewards I've earned. Please fix so I can use this again.
Stopped working. Got to be more of ripoff when comes to rewards. I had about 4 sandwiches left to buy before getting a free sandwich with the Stamps program. They discontinued the stamps without any way to transfer over the stamps progress. Last fall, I had a birthday reward, could not used the reward because none of the PS was accepting the app. Heard via Facebook that they discontinued this app for a new app without a way to transfer the current reward progress on this app. $75+ wasted.
Good discounts for ordering through the app. Interface is clumsy and if I go to check out an item, such as a type of chips, that it allowed me to add to my order but is not actually available it empties the cart and I have start over
Love the restaurant, but this app needs some work. For example, today I tried to place an order, and at the end, I tried to add a tip. A pop-up appeared that said this restaurant does not accept tips. The only option was to start a new order, I was unable to place my order without a tip.
App used to work. As many others are saying, it no longer works with Android update. Sent developer notice of problem and they said they would escalate it, then said Planet Sub would help me!!! Yeah right. I would find a new app developer Planet Sub. Would give app zero stars if possible.
App has not worked for me the last several times I tried to order. It says online ordering unavailable. Today I can't login in at all. It says I have been logged out and when I try to login again, it says session expired and takes me back to login screen again.
App is a damn joke. Keeps asking for my email and then goes back to the same screen so I can start the process all over again. Never allows the user to enter their password.
No longer works after psub upgraded their payment system. Employee said I just need to update the app, but there's no update available.
It don't work on android S 20 Samsung to bad it really helped when driving from Raymore Mo. I love planet Sub an can't waite to enjoy there delicious subs when we arrive.
Completely unhinged from the web experience. Hire someone to improve the experience!
App not updated in YEARS!!! WILL NOT Work smoothly on my LG V60 (2020) phone, without crashing.

Many flaws with app. Only enter password 1 time when creating account. When u fill out CC info skips past field for zip code. Finally, got overcharged and called CC support. Got refund for right amount & level up support said looking into it. Never heard back from them and now can't link any of my current CCs to app. Their fix was apparently to lock out all CCs.
This app is in no way useful, all it does is store your credit card information on a non-secure location. You can't order from the app you can't view a menu. Every function just opens up a web browser. But hey they give you $2 credit. Which of course you can't actually use unless you log in through their website and not the app.
It makes it quick and easy to pay and that's about the only nice thing about it. The rewards program needs to be revamped; I'd have to eat at PSub 20 times just to get a $7.00 credit, which I guess is better than nothing through! Also, when you try to order through the app your just taken to the website and asked to log in and and I just want it to be fast, plus there is no option for immediate pick-up.
I think u should be able to add receipts since you're apart of the club to be able to get credits. Also the restaurant Near us is new and ive never seen the same person work more than once. Today was the worst meal. All other have been filling..today I received more bread than meat
The app is pretty terrible. The navigation is horrible, ordering through the app brings you to the website to order, the website is terrible. Whoever created this needs to do it over.
Tried to order online and it took me to a website that refused to use the info i just filled into the app. This system is broken and useless.
I eat here all the time and the subs are amazing. But I won't use the app because I won't input my cc into it. Set it up with PayPal to pay or reload.
I don't like having to add a debit card just to be able to use the app.
I don't like having to link my debit card to use the app/earn rewards.
Since update it keeps telling me to link cc but when I look at linked CCS mine is already there, bit it will not let me pay with app or earn rewards

Best place ever
Whenever I add a new card onto my account I arrive at a screen that gives me the choice of being charges instantly for my orders or if I would like to preload money onto the account. My problem is that when I back out of that screen the app charges me to preload money. I never confirmed it and I definitely didn't receive a receipt. I have tried to contacting corporate, but it is incredibly hard to reach anyone. I dont know if anyone else has had this problem.
