Perfect if you want to arrange varied multitude of planks into smooth uninterruptable streak and pull it out in one go. The only improvement I'd like to see is an option to rename the plank exercise - there are numerous kinds of full plank, for example, and for now I have to memorize which type of full plank is next to perform (mountain climber, pulsing, stepping, donkey kicks, inchworms etc.). Also, it would be useful to diversify sounds for start/finish of exercise/rest periods. Thank you.
Basic but effective just like the exercise. Allows user to create own routines, adjust sequencing and timing for each plank position, the timing between each position up to 10 seconds, and even pause the routine if needed. Just what I needed as a beginner looking to gradually improve.
Overall a good app! I like it where there are pics of perfect position and they make u wanna do as perfect too. Also like that u can customise your own set. It would be great if there's a timer too so I can see how long I can hold the plank without setting specific timing.
It's been over 600 excersises with this app. I can't remember what lower back pain is anymore :). Now it is on my next, new phone. It does the job. Another year with Plank Timer. I use it everyday and, if devs decide to make paid version without ads, I'm more than happy to buy it.
simple good app. would like to have a little more flexibility to design my own program. if they would add a 'blank' exercise that you could customize it would add at least a place mark. but like the app all in all.
Very easy to use app without distracting "this and that features after exercise". You just set your personal program (including breaks between exercises and so on) and go for it. Then you can check the simple history and that is pretty much all. Ads are managed the great way too.
Excellent app overall. I really enjoy the default 5 minute plank combo and I like that it keeps the screen awake while the timer is running unlike the built in Android timer. Ads are a little annoying, would appreciate if there was a reasonably affordable paid version without ads.
Perfect Guided Plank Program with built in automatic timer. It's clean, clear, concise and effective. Nothing to manage and super easy to follow, but very intense and effective. The perfect balance of simplicity and effectiveness.
simple but effective! no fancy non-exercise garbage. purely plank-centered app. does the job. allows basic customization, like a max 10-sec pause between sets and changing exercise (plank) sequence to your preference. best part is: it's free and adds are non-obtrusive! kudos to developers...
This is the most flexible app I have found for managing Plank exercises..... simple to create your own routine with rest periods....all configurable and can be edited to increase the time and exercises. Easy to use, especially for an old guy who could barely do 1 minute for 1st 7-8 days. Would love to have an "increment/multiplier" to gradually add time without editing the original times of each step. That would also be a good way to think about my progress...
I like the fact that it's optional to have rest periods in between the plank exercises. I found got to be more challenging and really enjoy it. I also like the fact that I can add to the timer as needed.
5 minute combo was an unexpected suprise loving it so far its very difficult and the pause option definitely comes in handy I love the fact it tells you your start and finish time too as well as the total amount of time I paused my goal is to slowly shrink my pause total down till I eventually stop pausing great fitness app you can also create your own plank routines
Great app, but the daily streak does not account for daylight savings time or crossing into other time zones. Otherwise, great for accountability and strengthening your core.
I love how this records your history and workout streaks. And you can customize your routines for whatever level your starting at and continue to increase your challenge level. Very awesome for a free app!
For me this app is the best plank option to work with. It is fully custommizable to my specific needs. I am a scientist and I don't have time to go to the gym so this app allows me to incorporate a simple but very effective workout during my work day.
Very very good app. Only one thing to blame, so many other plank can be added to be better. As a customer, I am ready to purchase this app, yet no possibility, I prefer paying because I don't like ads. Could you propose a payable version of this app ?
This is a nice app for those who want to challenge themselves for consecutive days in a row. It also allows the option to create a plank routine including full arm extension plank, forearm extension plank, leg lift planks, side planks, and reverse planks. It would be nice to have more plank options including those with motion like rotation side plank and knee to chest and back out to a leg lift.
Big advantage is modifiable set of exercises .it would be nice to introduce a Voice messages between Start and Finish, like 'Go', 'Done'.And also to warn at the end of the exercise, eg '5 seconds left'.
The idea and the customization options are nice but you can't schedule anytime between the exercises. Recommend adding a break as exercise type or generic pauses.
Pretty simple but good app timer. Could have a bit more options in terms of statistics per type of exercises. Ads are not too annoying. Good choice
Works great; simple to use! Would like to see 2-3 seconds between each position to allow time to change positions and ensure good form.
I love that you can edit the time. just a beginner and can only do about 20 seconds each. makes me feel like I did accomplish the excersice. small steps!
Easy to follow and in the settings, you can add 3 secs to change positions. Really helps with lower back pain.
Notification is not working. but it's a good apps, very customizable and easy to use. No interuptive ads.

Nice app, but it just lost my daily "current streak" count for the second time after a plus 150 day streak. Other than that it's OK.
VERY good app. Missing are two features. First, the ability to make changes across multiple exercises. For example, I have a set of 15 planks and I want to change the length on 6 of them. I should be able to pick the ones I want to change and set the time. (They'd all be the same length.) Second, there should be a way to automatically add a user-defined rest period after all exercises.
