Nice. Could use some more options like a shorter rest timer at the start of the workout, an audio warning 5 secs before end of rest period and rising tick sound for the last 5 seconds of each set.
Great app very challenging. Only thing is wish there was different difficulty settings so one for beginners, advanced and superman. So you could essentially do the program three times before completing.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Today was day 6 and even though I chose the easier of the two plans (because I'm not in very good shape so planking is hard) I've already noticed the same time intervals being easier than when I started. Tomorrow I'm going to try to break my record!
Nice. It would be stellar (no pun intended) were the screen to transition to the daily achievement section automatically. Despite that, thank you-- a very good app.
Overall a good plank app. I would have like some sort of "chime, or voice" that counted down the last 10 secs. Difficulty did spike up after like day 10.
Great app, slowly builds the time up and then a little challenge at the end.
It would be better if the app had more audio cues. If it spoke to you to tell you when to plank and when to rest that would be great.
Brilliant app just don't get down hearted if you don't progress as fast as the app wants simply repeat in the next session until you complete it.
Really like the app, though it isn't very beginner friendly. I finished day 5 and started over because it's just that intense. I'm sticking with it though
Nice simple forearm plank app. Many others have plans with different styles, this one nice and simple. Not too many ads, free, i use once a day and works for me.
No way I can see to reset if you want to restart after missing a few days. Tried to contact and got a mailbox full message. Wanted to like this.....but oh well!
So far I've done 9 days in a row and like the gradual increase. Its a good app and it has a reminder, so I never miss a day.
I love this app... Both options are challenging and shows my progress that makes me compare with the previous day.
This app is super efficient, but the trick is not to cheat. The higher you go, the more difficult it becomes with great results.
The best free app for planks. The task everyday gradually increases the plank time and you can compete with others too...

Motivational. So far it has been great. On day 7 and I can not remember the last time I stuck with anything for 7 days. If you need that little push tjis is it.

Good base plan gets you going and started but doesnt readjust if you cant complete just keeps going up.

Excellent app, very simple and does exactly what you'd expect. Only niggle I have is the reminder notifications give up after a few days and just stop running. Would be nice if tapping on that notification actually took you to the start list instead of just launching the app. Also what may be a consideration is adjusting the workout for the proceeding day if a user extended the rest between sets, the "+10", like maybe ease up or even just repeat as they probably taking extra strain then. 👍
