I've been using the free version of this app for many months and really like it. I highly recommend it. However, I finally purchased the full version in order to get rid of the ads, and just a few days later, it went back to the free version and the ads have returned. EDIT: After following the directions from the developer, my problem is mostly solved. However, it's kind of ridiculous that I have to sign out of other Google accounts, which means I have to actually remove them from my device, in order to make one app work properly. I need my other accounts on my device, but I suspect this isn't an issue with the app, but more an Android limitation.

It's very nice for the progress and the connectivity with Google fit. I've got the free version but the app does not say of we pay once to get rid of the adds or not. The fifth star would arrive if we could copy our training: if you want to make your own plan you have to enter every exercice manually instead of "save as" and continue by hardening it.

In spite of the fact that I have frequently rated the workouts as too difficult, the app is not customizable and it is still raising the difficulty with a very high steep. Not only the higher mustle strength doesn't help you to feel more comfortable doing workouts, but also you contiuously feel more incompetent when you can't reach the prespecified targets. This is really discouraging that while you have sticked to a routine for 24 days, you still can't feel any achievement.

The app is not finished. It randomly calls out three digit numbers in the middle of your workout that have nothing to do with your workout. Very distracting and unprofessional. I can't believe somebody let this go to market in its current state. I'm going to try every other app before coming back to this one. I'm surprised nobody else called this out, but it's sheer negligence on the part of the developers to leave something so simple unfixed, clearly they don't take pride in their product.

I can confirm that it still is a great workout program. I started my plank workout program 12 day ago and since them I feel better and my muscles are stronger. The daily routine is fast and affordable so not to skip for any reasons. Extra exercises are also provided and I found them very useful too. Five stars!

Had this App before but thought I'd try other Apps for a change. I've come back to this one as it's so well structured & easy to use. It has a stretch exrecise at the end of each session, which some other Apps don't have. I love the countdown at the end of each exercise as it helps motivate & keep me going to the end! Great App!

They ask you how easily it is to do a plank when you download the app. I had been planking with this app before so I put too easy when I was asked the question and it completely switched up on me in a good way!! Excellent app. I keep returning to it and I always see results. From a complete beginner, in 3 months you will be able to do a 3minutes plank with no rest breaks. Highly recommended especially for those who work sitted in an office and suffer from back pain. One of my fav fitness apps of all time.
