Friendly interface, functions well. I'd give it 5 atars, but it needs two improvements. First, users should be able to edit the maximum goals in each profile. Sticking us with the same maximum goal for pistol squats and burpees as for regular squats is nuts. Creating a "new" profile for each existing exercise just to get a new goal is a poor substitute. Second, users should be able to reorder the profiles to bring the ones they use to the top of the list.

DEFINITELY NOT FOR BEGINNERS. I don't think most of these apps have anyone with medical knowledge advising them. On day 2 this app expects beginners to do 5x30s planks. That's not even anywhere near to realistic expectations. Full screen, full audio intrusive ads. No way of getting rid of ads through purchase. Only one plank position, no variety.
