Updated: the developer has posted misleading replies! This app serves popups even when you're not using it. I used the minimize key when the popup came up, which showed this app was causing it. Watch out! This app serves full screen popup ads over everything else on Android! On the phone? Too bad! Listening to Spotify? Not right now! I thought this app was great then I realized I'd been suckered.

Pathetic, Ive already had a six pack, you dont get it from planks. (At least not a solid one). Youre supposed to destroy your abs with v ups, fast (tightened on purpose) crunches and sit ups where you flex at the peak of the motion. (I was also tired of seeing this ad).
