Used it for several months starting at the beginning of quarantine. I really enjoyed the quantity and variety of strength workouts. It was great to see strong female trainers who aren't a size 00. But I had to delete the app in October because it stopped working. Would not load. Tried re-installing it recently because I miss Melina, but still had the same issues with it being so slow. Ain't nobody have time to reach out to your support team when the issues are so common. Fix your app.

I downloaded this app purposely for a live class taking place at 11 a.m. I figured if the experience went well I would continue to use it. Its now 11:14 a.m. & I've been trying to access the class for over half an hour. The app is continuously timing out & giving me an error message of, "Something went wrong. Try again later." Terrible that they can't seem to handle the traffic for this class. I even tried unintalling & reinstalling the app and it still times out. Not impressed.

Downloaded it and it doesn't work. It just came up as a blank page with a menu after I signed up. When I attempt to press the search function - or anything - nothing works or happens. I've reset it, uninstalled and reinstalled... Nope.

Hi, this is one of the best workout apps I could have ever used and I really like it. however, It's required for me to skip most of the videos because I do not see any sort of caption supported videos. It would be really nice if you included this in your next update.

Got this app because of New York Sports Club. Its one of the worst apps I've ever downloaded. Nothing works correctly and they are still trying to charge me for a premium subscription that I am suppose to have. The support is also bad and takes them 24 hours to reply with the question you asked with no resolution.

Terrible. It stops working constantly, almost every time I try to use it. Sound goes away when casting to TV. The work outs are good, Melina is my favorite and I give her all the stars but kind of hard to do any actual workout if the app quits on you.

I really liked this app at first but now (after about 2 weeks) it just keeps freezing and I can't get in to any workouts. Keeps telling me theres an update in the app store but everytime I "update", error message says theres another update available. Deleting.

I was signed up for this app as a free membership from my gym. This app never works. It is extremely slow. When it does load I receive error messages that say no url video available when I try to watch a video.

This app is barely usuable. It's constantly frozen and the search fuctionality is poor. Most people arent going to search by instructor until they first try some classes by type, but it seems instructor facing.

At first I couldn't get the app to work and had trouble creating an account through my gym. The support team was super helpful and set up my account for me and I was finally able to get the app to load and took an On Demand class. Looking forward to more!

Just cancelled this app. I had it for 8 months + then it just stopped working. Beware: live classes constantly stop. Coyld never complete a live class so i always did on demand. Good trainers though. I will find them on a better app.

Hi! I got this app because of LivFitness at San Juan. Puerto Rico. Have not been able to open a class, live or recorded. At Liv we were told that clients would be able to access classes for free during the Covid10 shutdown but the app insists in charging $ . Up to this moment I just do not like this thing.

Love the variety of on demand classes. Lots of instructors with lots of different styles. I'm really enjoying getting back into shape!

Great idea but app itself needs work. I got kicked out of live classes repeatedly and couldn't get back in. Will try again if the glitches are fixed

Nothing will load. I've tried multiple times to use the app and it times out and says something went wrong. None of the on demand classes load either.

Just wish it could've been on of those apps where they have a section to "start over" on what you did. I only wanted to look at a vid to see what i was gonna work with, now it's just there on my calender in the app.

Hi again, I am having another issue since signing in. Whenever I select an on demand class, my screen stays stuck on the countdown and doesn't play the video.

Created an account, signed in, but can't get the videos to play - only audio. Also, if you want yoga videos through their yoga channel they charge you a separate fee! - That's not fair. Why should yoga classes cost you more than any other fitness class?

The idea behind the app is awesome and if it actually worked I would move it. But the app is straight outta 2009. So. Slow.

New York Sports Club said I would have access to this because the gym is closed and they are still billing me for membership. Why am I being asked for a payment on this app?

Only tells me to hang tight, we're setting up the studio... and stays on that screen indefinitely....

Hard workouts that push me and it works. Great app and I like that the trainers push you.

Can't seem to get this on Chromecast on smart tv. Am I missing something?

I used to love the app. Now it won't load. It's been months and I tried again, still nothing. It's a shame that it's completely useless now.

Great variety of workouts so I don't get bored easily.

I am a member of NYSC and just installed this app as provided by them. I don't know how to open it now that it has been installed.
