Amazing, amazing app. I had a great experience. The app itself is also discreet so the notifications only show up as PPDirect. I was in a really stressful situation and the fact that I was able to solve it all through the app also made it so much easier.

I love the app when it worked but it no longer works on my phone. It doesn't open and I could not contact tech support, so leaving a message here hoping that it can be fixed in the next version.

The service provided by PP through this app is pretty great when it comes to getting birth control; very quick and convenient. However, the screening process relies on honesty of the patient which could be dangerous if someone chooses to lie about medical history or blood pressure etc. The UI isnt very intuitive and is frustrating to navigate. Particularly because once you've read a message, the "new messages" icon remains. Prescriptions, messages, and refills are scattered and don't make sense.

After having my appointment cancelled by army health care providers three times, over the course of several months, I decided to look at other options. Within an hour I had a prescription, a video appointment with the provider, and a receipt for a prescription that'd be here in 2-3 days. I am amazed at how fast and convenient it was, with a very usable app.

I cannot say enough good things about this app! What a game changer for women's health! Extremely user friendly and the clinicians they have on staff are amazing!! I hope every woman finds out about this app so they have easy, affordable access to healthcare!!!

It was great until I got to the portion where I needed to pick a pharmacy. It could NOT find any pharmacies in my area, at all. I even moved the search to an area I knew there were pharmacies to try and get the app to find anything. No go. And I can't figure out where to contact support!

Fast, easy , convenient. I used the app to get birth control, within 2hours of me sending the request, my birth control was at the pharmacy waiting for me to pick up. And refills for a whole year. For me and my busy life it's just one less thing I have to worry about. Thank you planned Parenthood

The app is extremely easy, the nurses a very nice and friendly the prosess is quick and simple and I highly recommend it, it's a great way to make sure you're healthy and safe!

I go by Kale and use he/him pronouns. Planned Parenthood has always made me feel safe, comfortable, and makes sure I know what I'm doing. And the app is amazing.

Much easier than going to the doctors. Very professional and informative. Definitely recommend other to try them out.

Every time I try to get on to a scheduled video visit, I get an error message that there is a bug the developer needs to fix. Very irritating and genuinely hoping I don't get charged for a missed visit.

This app is worthless! You can boon an appointment, but when you get there the staff won't even have it in their system.

No. This is kind of useless. Using this app I have to pay a $25 "visiting" fee to pick up rx at the pharmacy or spend at least $75 on 3 packs of birth control and have it sent in the mail so I guess insurance doesn't cover you in the app....nonsense. Why would I ever use this? The only way it's convenient is if you don't want to wait 45min on hold and rather spend $25-75.

It's not useful most the links it has send you to the website not helping you in the ap you can't make appointments or anything on this app it's really useless

I rarely review apps, but I would be negligent to not praise Planned Parenthood for this service! I was going to run out of my birth control in a week and the earliest local appointment available to get a refill is in May. I don't produce enough estrogen on my own so waiting that long is not an option. Planned Parenthood direct enabled me to renew my prescription FOR A WHOLE YEAR! I'm so happy I could cry right now! App is a little buggy and freezes up though. Restarting it fixed this.

I tried to set up a video appointment with the app and when it came time for my appointment the "video icon" u was supposed to click on never showed up or I couldn't find it. I literally looked everywhere I'm so confused

Only one gripe, but it's a BIG one- I truly wish the app would function without forcing an update every single time in order to log in... those of us with older phones don't have the space for the constant updates. Last month I had to uninstall another app just to update this one, only to view the Dr's message. It can't be circumvented by logging on via PC either, because PPDirect is apparently not functional via PC, only by phone- why?

Quick and easy. I've used their services through this app for 2 years for my birth control, and so far no problems. Practitioners are knowledgeable and always polite.

Very quick and easy process, I've used this before last year for my birth control pills and i just used this app again to reorder and i love it! If I could give 10 stars i would! 🙌🏻

I've used this app twice now to refill my birth control prescription. Cheap, easy, and very well programmed. I haven't run into a bug, the notifications are discrete and let me know i have a message waiting. The clinicians I've been connected to are very professional and help answer questions I have. Very very happy PP has this as a service. Its been a great tool during the pandemic.

It was a little buggy after the update, but after a fresh install, it is back to working how it should. I work 70+ hours a week and don't have time to make medical appointments, this got my bc to me conveniently and discreetly in the mail, and all without having to take time off work to go in. They even sent some extras to make sure I was covered in the inbetween times for starting a new series, so thoughtful. I highly recommend this service to any woman who has big plans and very little time.

Very easy to get prescription for Birth control and pretty cheap at that! I had a very enjoyable experience.

GREAT APP. The app wouldn't let me finish registering because it wouldn't send a code to my email or phone, however support fixed this issue within the hour I wrote them. I was able to get what I needed with this app, and it was a breeze to do so. The app is fast and doesnt have any more glitches so far. My physician was quick to respond, polite and professional. Great service all around.

You have to pay $25 to refill for birth control and you can't pay with insurance. I don't have money and I'm out of birth control... thanks a lot... I also can't find how to delete my account in the app. I also can't remove my address. Kinda making me mad ngl. I want my account deleted NOW.

Seems to be pretty user-friendly so far. I'm in the process of getting a prescription and it has gone really smoothly. My only complaint (and really it's not a complaint, more of a small annoyance) is that when you exit out of the app and later need to open it again, you are signed out and thus must sign back in to communicate with the physician or to manage your account. But I'm very impressed with how this process is going and how well the app works. Fast turnaround time.

It's nice having this at my finger tips, but when I cant change the phone number on the account I made for my partner so I can make an account for myself due to the app and keyboard freezing when I try to change it, its extremely frustrating. I cant make the hour long drive to go to a physical appointment, and I've been dealing with a health issue for a week because of it...

I can't even log in. Everytime I log in, they ask for basic information. Easy right? Whenever I try to submit the info, they say my email is already being used, to try to reset the password. I reset the app a few times thinking it'd work, but it didn't. So then, I reset my password. Still says the same thing.

This app is as poorly functional as planned parenthood is wonderful-astronomically so. Be prepared endless loops of not being able to sign in, password reset buttons that send you a link to start a new account instead of giving the code, the password you reset to not be recognized, and a help button that leads to a blank page with just a hyperlink. To the about us page, and another link to the blank page. Happens every time. I guess I'll just miss and run out of medication. Again.

I really need this service but I keep getting a loop of signing in, changing my password, to creating a new account to getting and error and then round and round. This app has poor functionality. pp does amazing work but please... fix the app.
