this app as of March 2019 does not send text nor is the video attached to the email sent. also the videos has many delays and do not play all the way through. this causes me to not watch the full video out of frustration so if the receiver of my emails/texts receive same problem they will not view either....Also.... on the email function although it say "optional" it forces me to put a ph# or an error shows
I am no longer able to use this app to send video to my leads as i am recieving error messages about this link being unsafe. I am also unable to open the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3times and the issue is the same.
Just downloaded the app and it will not allow me to login in with my correct login information..tried several times. I see others have had similar issues....not useful if it cannot be utilized!
The app says the video was watched and prospects never get after sending the video 4 times!! The new issue on today 12/30/18 I can not send a video through email!! without a phone number.

Love this app..it helps with the day to day running of my business..keeps me updated on training, training events and what's going on in the company. I can also replay the corporate call & daily calls from this app..

it takes too long to open...then when I am uding the marketing tools such as the videos...the send button isnt responding. The first day all worked well?
Wish it would send text or watsapp messages first time without having to copy and paste. Would make a lot it more efficient.
It will not let me log in on my cell phone been trying since February 2020. Am sign in on my desktop with the correct username and password so I don't want to change it.

It wouldn't let me setup an account. there's no way for me to create a new account so I had to uninstall.

My leads are not receiving videos via the app, whether I send them via text or email. I have an Android, and have unistalled the app and installed. I've powered down my phone as well, and still nothing Also, when sending a video via email, why am I forced to enter a phone number, when it states "optional" UPDATE: Videos are not being received by those I'm sending them to. Ugh! It has been a hit or miss, more misses than hits. Very frustrating!
