I can check in at church on the ipad but I can never check in from my phone. I have an android. I've deleted and reinstalled the program many times and I keep getting the same error message of "too many redirects". Extremely frustrating!
I love the potential of this program but as it currently stands we are having all kinds of issues using this prgram with a Brother QL-810W printer for labels. Check-ins does not see the printer and it no longer allows us to force the connection with the printer.
Consistently doesn't work, continuously has issues connecting to printers and is a pain and a half to get the app working again with them
Needs support for multiple events. If I am manning one door where people can enter for different events, I need to be able to toggle back and forth between the events in the app.
Check-ins support did a great job in getting my Brother label printer to work. Great job guy's.
I love this app. This app is great. I have no problems with this app. It's one of the best and it's very useful and efficient. I highly recommend this app. I had some problems, but I figured it out on my part.
Once I logged in I only get an err too many redirects message. haven't had a chance to even use it at all.
Doesn't let me login. To many error messages and says I don't have permissions.

The app is fairly decent. Mostly works. The biggest problem for me is around the input boxes when in "Manned" station mode. The birthdate seems to cause some different issues. Sometimes the date picker doesn't pop up at all, and sometimes it is messed up. Otherwise, we haven't had too many problems. Submitted an issue about this to which the team was very responsive. Will update review once fixed.
This app won't work on my S7...It keeps freezing up on the very first screen where I need to name my station. Uninstalling didn't help. Very disappointing
This app freezes up. I am unable to do what I should be able to do. We'd love to use this, but it's useless!

Works well for our context. Occasionally have problems when multiple Brother printer are used.
Love all that you guys at PCO do, but I keep experiencing crashes on this app. Just tried uninstalling & re-installing, but didn't seem to work - same problems. Any suggestions?
This app freezes and stops working. I've had this problem on the Samsung S5 and the HTC Bolt. I love Planning Center, but this app doesn't run well for me. I can only access it from my laptop.
Planning center is great, but trying to use this app on my phone for check on is a nightmare. To be honest, by the time it opens and I try to click anything, it's frozen and nothing can be done. Cancelling the app and reinstalling it does nothing. Bummer
It's printing two labels when checking anyone in. How do I fix this problem?
Downloaded the app to be able to check-in and check-out students but all it shows is the keypad to enter a phone number and not the barcode scanner button.
Should be out of GooglePlay, deleted, never to install. Uninstalled it.
My only complaint is that it's hard to find this app on Google play. Works great on Brother QL710
User error for my last review! Figured out what my problem was now it's good to go! Always excited when Android gets its version of an app. Thanks!
Excellent app for church use
I cannot get this app to work on my Samsung s8... have never gotten pass the create a station name page
Flaky performance. Sometimes it's quick, other times I can count to 10 before it checks someone in. Support reckons there is nothing wrong... Not worth paying for. Edit: Support has also previously suggested that it's my connection that is at fault. I've comprehensively tested and demonstrated that my connection is of the same speed and latency throughout the morning. But there is no will or desire from support to dig deeper and diagnose the issue properly.
