I've never used the app but I use Planning Center for confirming when I will play keys at church on Sundays. Really simple service to use 😇 only thing I'd request is for the custom confirm dates to show all your past confirmations as I love looking back on them but that's more personal preference 😊💗
This app is used by my church for volunteering, unfortunately it will inly email notifications. I have checked all tutorials, settings, etc. The app also does not show in a list of my phone apps, so can't request texts that way. I keep missing notifications due to the app will not allow me, or offer, texts as a choice.
I'm sure this app would be great if it would allow me to set up a profile. For some reason it won't allow me to get past the introduction page where email and password is required.
Turned off email notifications but still receiving so many emails. Please ensure that the settings are working properly
I like using the app on my phone so I can check and edit the schedule as an editor on the fly. However, since the first of the year I do not have the ability to see all my teams unless I get on my computer.
Great, until... suddenly the app wouldn't refresh my services or give me notifications when I got requested. Then it completely took off my church, so now I can't see anything. I know the leader still requests me cos I see my name on my wife's planning center, but I'm completely locked out of my planning center. Or not locked out, but my church isn't on there anymore. Idk what happened.
This is a great app. Have been using it for several years with church music. Easy to use and manipulate for the devices I have. I recently bought a new computer and downloaded the Planning Center app. No problem with that. The problem I do have is with the Music Stand app. I have a Dell computer and have not been able to pull up my music. The Music Stand app shows downloaded on present devices, but does not allow or will not show up on my newest device. Any help would be appreciated. Will easily change 4 stars to 5 if this can be accomplished.
This is a good and useful app such as the syncing of scheduling to the phone's calender function. On the other hand, scheduling others using the desktop site has never been an issue but that cannot be said when using the phone app. Not sure why but the app just does not load to the next page after I have selected the person's name. I have checked that my app is updated to the latest version and even re-installing it, but it does not seem to solve the issue still. Kindly advise please, thank you
Used to work so well, but I've been struggling for the past 3 weeks. I'd receive an error message saying if it persists I should log out and back in again, did it multiple times and still received the error message. Nothing I was scheduled for showed up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled countless times and still nothing. All I get now is a blank screen. Phone has been updated as well.
Like many reviews here, I too have had problems with loging into planning center using my older android tablet since around October. It just gives me an error screen and asks me to check my internet connection, which is just fine. Prior to that, never had any problems but can no longer use music stand, which I LOVED using! My wife can log in just fine on her newer phone. Has my technology just aged out. I wish we could access previous versions of the app that were backwards compatable.
My review is based on the recent update. I can no longer view the profile of anyone who isn't assigned to the same team as me. This is an inconvenient redesign and an unnecessary restriction as there may be times where a vocalist might need to contact a band member or any one else on a different team, or vice versa. This actually decreases the functionality of this app by prohibiting interaction between people assigned to different teams who work together.
This app was awesome and did everything we needed as a worship team, but now its not working at all. It wont allow some of our team to sign in, we cant look up our songs in the song list and our worship leader cant post songs or do anything on it. Im not sure what has changed but it has been horrible since. We have been using it for a little over 5 years and this is the first time we are going into Sunday service not having our music avalible to practice.
Good App! Was working well, but suddenly crashed every time I tried to open. The tech guys at Planning Center are very friendly and helpful, but inspite of trying all their advise the result was the same. I eventually overcame the problem by uninstalling and then downloading this App from the Amazon App Store whereas previously I had downloaded it from Google Play.......
Be able you need to be able to change keys on songs that are listed Auto scroll l would be auto scroll would be nice 👍
Hard to navigate within the App. Developers take you on a FRUITLESS journey. They're convinced their way is the right way. Intransigent malarkey! It's getting better, but every 6 months or so, something else comes up, and I dread getting the Support staff up to date so often! I dont have the time to play their games. I can't get passed the login page. It says no email or phone number found. I have tried for several days now. I know I have the right information in too.
Confusing to volunteer for anything! Just text me or email me instead of going through numerous steps to get through this app. This is the stumbling block why I can't sign up for anything.
We use this app for our Church Worship team and it can transfer over onto your Google calendars. Ot saves so much time and energy not having to enter information twice plus it helps me keep up with when I have to serve.
This is a good app. It tells me when I have something on my schedule for volunteering at my church. I'm able to accept or decline new dates to volunteer with just a tap on the screen. :)
Locating information is not user friendly particularly on a android cell phone

It's a great app. I can see what songs we are going to use for the service, but my app has no audio available for any songs? If you could please assist. I have the 5.8.15 version.
