POS app tells me it's out of date but will not update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, to no avail. I would gladly pay a monthly fee for a library app that works.

Not at all user friendly. Any action would need a sign in again and again. The remember me option never worked.

Won't store my library card barcode for scanning at checkout. I add it, then it disappears.

The app says I can store library bar codes for the whole family but it won't save any at all!! I tried adding myself and my kids' cards but once I exit, the cards (even 1) are no longer there. Fix that and I'll change my rating to 5 stars. I love the Plano library themselves, the app could use some improvement.

I have direct access to my account (to renew books and remember when to return them), I can instantly know if PPLS carries a book I want to read and see at a store by simple scanning, I have access to the eBook collection - really, it has everything I'd want and so much more! I'm sure somewhere along I'll see something I wish would be added, but for right now, extremely excited and happy with this!

Need a watch option for books that are already checked out and catalog books by subject like a bookstore, for easier search. Very handy as is though.

I've been a fan of this system ever since moving to Plano and the Management team has always impressed me with their sensitivity to the needs of their clients. This app is one more example of their use of the newest and best technology to serve their clientele. An excellent use of our tax money.
