Planoly: Planner for Instagram

Ridiculously expensive. Free version is limited by how many photos you can upload even only to preview and not actually use. And the reels that have been uploaded to your main page are invisible, so it's impossible to see how it actually looks. Unless you're making money from your Instagram, they are asking way too much for this. It doesn't even preview things correctly.

I used this app for my business for years and was so happy for it that I decided to try the paid plan. I cancelled it because stopped working for a while. Now when I am back and trying to start with free version it is a nightmare to use. Free features are not free anymore, can't access hashtags. Get promo prompts all the time. Should have listened to all the reviews 🙄 🤦🏼‍♀️ DO NOT UPGRADE! If you don't plan to pay always to use it.

Im paying for a subscription and your app is glitchy af. I edit on my pc, and auto schedule there. I use correct auto save ratio size suggested, it's linked to my phone app, yet phone app states it can't be auto scheduled due to aspect ratio of image. So I go to edit on phone app, but it doesn't save even though I save and update as prompted to. I'm not getting what I paid for, which is to auto schedual and upload! I chose this app due to many youtubers swearing by it. I hope they're paid well!

Beautiful, easy to use, and helpful. The free version only allows you to upload 30 images per month, so it is not for the average business or engagement-seeking user.

I purchased this app for scheduling auto posts. It NEVER posted anything, I'd always check 30min-1hr after the schedule post time and it was always am error. I had to manually post everytime. I'm sorry but I'm not paying for an app to make me manually post to Instagram when I can just do that for free ON Instagram. So much for this app making auto posting a breeze for people with a busy schedule.

I would greatly benefit from being able to post carousels and videos to Instagram. That's like 50% of my job and it's frustrating not having these capabilities. Otherwise, this is a great app. Especially if you're just working with posting photos.

It does the job, and looks pretty, but the functionality is a bit lacking. It has a placeholder function, but you can't move or fix it in your grid to align your grid after collab posts or reals. It's smooth, but there are little features like this that could make it more useful.

Used to run meme page, having lots of issues where the app will post once or twice, then Instagram feels the need to block it, the app complains that it is not linked to my account, and that's on top of the dumb things Facebook is doing to mess with it all. I know it's not really the developers fault but there's gotta be a better way to go about this.

Most of the time my post are good, however, I have noticed that even though I schedule them, they are not posting unless I do it manually. This is my reason for 3 stars ***************************** I have updated my rating for the app. After using it for a while and working with customer service, I give 5 stars! Being able to plan and schedule my weeks in advance is very productive for me.

It tells me one of my IG accounts doesn't exist, which is the business one I was trying to link to this app, and my main one I tried to link tells me my cookies settings are wrong? Like it's not a private account- I've been logged out of my account three times trying to get this up and going. I'm giving up and just setting reminders on my calendar. Looks like it could be a useful app but I wouldn't know. So 2 stars for trying?

Love the aesthetic & all it has to offer - but it needs work! I've had many buggy processes along the way. In the beginning it would send me alerts letting me know that my posts had posted - which was fantastic. Also, there are free classes....BUT... Now I get no alerts - sometimes it posts and sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunately the app isn't 100% reliable. I want to use the upgraded features but am held back by the lack of it being reliable & please get chat box support!!!

The app didn't even let me link the account. It just kept going back to the 'link accounts' page even after I logged in to my Instagram with the username. The same is the case with the web version as well.

I purchased this program specifically for the ability to upload and schedule REELS. The app does not consistently give me the option to upload a video as a reel causing me to have to delete and reupload or close and reopen the app multiple times in order to upload reels content. Its makes batching content very difficult and time consuming. App also doesnt send push notofications at all causing me to miss many posting times. All around not a good tool for scheduling.

Downloaded this app and it would never load after I logged in. Just kept spinning and refreshing. I've never seen an app do that before. Seems very glitchy.

New issue "We lost the connection with your Instagram" needs fixing, apparently you tap "fix it", but then another account than the one you want to link appears and there is no option to switch accounts. So i'm locked out of the app atm. Help?

Usually love Planoly, but is unusable with the latest update. Every time I open a post to edit the caption or post it to Instagram, the app closes.

I can't even start the app anymore. I planned entire feed and now it opens for 2 seconds and app disappears without any notice.

Love using this for my photography insta! The free account requires a few extra steps, but it's perfect for what I need it for. 4/5 stars because I've stopped getting push notifications for scheduled posts, but I have a reminder set in my calendar that accomplishes the same thing.

Absolute garbage. Every single post that is scheduled has never posted. I still have to go in and manually post, which defeats the purpose of using a 3rd party app to schedule posts. It also doesn't cross post like it's suppose to. Deleted the app and looking for something else.

Frustrated - I've been using this paid version over 2 years and it is now failing me. Whenever I edit and go back to grid now it refreshes everything and I need to rescroll back down (pain) Duplicates now everytime I post and reopen its shown twice. Now I can no longer upload my 10 images on the app now it is 5?! WHY?! this completely renders the app useless if I cannot plan properly off my mobile device. Very disappointing and frustrating how this app has gone downhill for a paying client!

Won't give post notifications even though I paid for the pro version. I troubleshooted with customer service, did everything they suggested, still didn't work. They said they would escalate it, haven't heard back from them. Waste of time and money.

So far, so good. You do need a business account to enjoy everything this app has to offer BUT it's still extremely beneficial for other accounts. I prep and plan out everything in this app ahead of time. Posting has gone from trying to hurry up and figure out a good caption and find good hashtags to copying, pasting, and posting. Highly recommend

I love using this to plan all of my bookstagram posts! My only issue is sometimes it will erase my pre-planned content, so I have to retype it. If that issue was fixed, it would be perfect.

Free version is helpful...I would have rated it 4...yet since I am using the paid one...then I am so happy to down rate to 1....because it does not allow me to post in carousel...(what is the point of giving more slots for media upload but unable to put them in a carousel, really not interested in having lots of unnecessary individual posts)..maybe it is also related with Instagram policy...but please do something about it or offer something else worthed

It's amazing that an app that revolves around planning posts can ctually become an obstacle to your agenda. I've had multiple problems (and yes, I've been premium before, it just wasn't worth it). You don't get notifications, even when you program all the smartphone AND app settings for it - therefore you have to remember date and time of posting by yourself. The current problem now is that it's supposedly not connecting to Facebook and it doesn't show my grid. Terrible experience, always.

I have been using this app to post to a client's pinterest account and have loved it until about the last 3 weeks. Scheduled posts don't move out of the Scheduled post section like they were. I'm not having to go in and delete posts out if the Scheduled post section because they have posted just not moved.

It's very easy to use and gives you a lot of options, but sadly you can only upload 30 photos per month with makes planning ahead limited.

I love that there's no size max for the images! It's so easy to alter your grid and make it beautiful with all your saved images. My fave planning app!

Push notifications not working and yes I've cleared my cache, Uninstalled and reinstalled and they still don't work. App used to be great but no point in using if the notifications signaling when to post don't actually work
