• Secure Authentication – Secured authentication into the PlanSource Mobile App ensures safety and privacy of information.
• Easy Benefits Access – Let’s you look up the details of the benefits you are currently enrolled in so that you can make more informed choices related to benefits throughout the year.
• Store and Send ID Cards – You can store ID cards and share via email or fax (fax cover sheet included) with providers when needed.
• Receive Communications – You can receive messages from your employer about benefits, events and other important information, keeping you informed and up to date right on your Android device.
• Store Useful Contacts – Store useful benefit contacts, providers, nurse line, etc., and important health links right in the app for quick, easy access and reference.
The PlanSource Mobile App is available to employees of organizations that use the PlanSource Platform™ for benefits shopping, enrollment and billing.
• The first time you enter the app after downloading it, you will need to accept the terms of use and enter the user name and password you use to select your benefits in Plansource.com.
• Instead of having to remember your user name and password each time, you will be asked to create a 5-digit security code for future authentications.
• If you have a single sign on through your employer’s benefits portal, you will need to log in to the benefits portal and register your device. At that time, you will be provided with a 15-character code to use to access the mobile application.
• You’re ready to go!

This is worse than useless. Not only will this app not allow me to login with me username and password, it rejects the temporary security code. Either entry point leads to a locked app the you have to force close. SAMSUNG Note 8
App hasn't been updated since 2015 (4 years ago) so of course it's not going to be compatible with newer versions of phone software. I'm actually surprised an outdated app still exists on the store to download.
Useless app, it does not link to the web based account to retrieve all the information. You are not able to see the coverage nor search for medical staff that is in the network. Please delete and apologize for it.
Doesn't work. As in the app doesn't even open. You tap the app, nothing happens. My phone tells me it crashed.
"Open CV is required... " Click on the link "Item not found" every time I try to open it, I have to update it then spend 20 minutes figuring out what my login is because the update erased it.
Says it was developed for an older version of Android. Great to see that they maintain their product to align with subsequent OS platform versions! Great job, PlanSource 🙄
Just like others have said this app is a waste of time even when it works , I got better information from having an email sent to me from the browser interface ...
If I could give 0 stars I would ... Everytime I start the app it's like I fresh installed.. it sends me through the tutorial and account creation process even after logging in..
Every time I open the app, it says it may not work properly because it's designed for an older OS. The app hasn't been updated since 2015!

User name and password invalid. I ma logged into my account on my computer, so I know they are accurate. Attempt to reset password, and it doesn't recognize my user name. No way to request user name. System inaccessible.
