This app is super cute AND it's very expensive. I only want something to remind me to drink water that's cute and fun to use. However, I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. I would love to pay for yearly subscription to support devs where I can get daily clover and few other monthly freebies but I don't want to pay almost 80$ yearly for it. That's a lot just even with all of features it provides. Even Fabulous is not this much and it has tons of features to use as well
I love it! You don't ever get ads unless you want ads. So much better than other things! I love how depending on your weight it personalizes how much water you need everyday! For me I need 9 cups of water everyday. It's so easy to use and you can name your plant, customize the plant pot and so much more! It also tells you if you drink too much water which for the plant is drowning the plant. So much more features like contests. Its really just amazing and its the best water tracker ever! Cute!
Love the idea. Love the design for the most part - very pleasing aesthetically, but not as functional as I'd like it to be... It would be nice to be able to see more detailed reports, logs and graphs for previous days, months and maybe the year as a whole. Maybe a slightly larger cup variety would come in handy too. Overall good. I love that you can switch off the music but keep the sounds (and vice versa) .
I love this app! I would have given it 5 stars if I didn't feel that the Premium Subscription Plan was way too expensive. I use this app everyday, it really does help me remember to stay hydrated and plus, it's absolutely adorable. I would love to subscribe and get the premium features... but I think $7.99 per month, $44.99 every 6 months or $74.99 a year is a bit too pricey. I hope Plant Nanny lowers the cost one day :) Will continue to use the free version until then 🌼💧
Effective app with cute plants. Great user experience and ads are not overbearing. However, sometimes I watch an ad but don't get the reward; please fix that. There are glitches in the buttons, some are in a different language. The collection of seeds is also glitchy and there are question marks above the plants heads.
First day review Pros it's cute,it's novel so I'm sticking with it today Cons music is annoying, no hourly reminder, only set a minimum amount of custom reminders, have to drink the same amount everytime or faff changing it, can't see how many glasses added, no widget, can't watch ads - app issue because my Internet works, it is slow to open, can't set custom water intake without subscription. £7 a month it's too much!
Haven't had to watch any ads, and its def getting me to drink water, and I think it's adorable. Though, as someone who doesn't care too much for the overall concept other than a cute plant making me drink water, the subscription is a bit much and I feel the rates could be lowered a smidge. But overall fun and serves it's purpose :)
Helps me drink water and is cute with good art and concept. Preferred it before they had the subscription stuff popping up everywhere. Wouldn't even mind paying since it's a good app, but prices for the subscriptions are insanely high. But nice that the app still has full functionality without subscribing.
They do try to charge for a lot of things, which makes sense, they need to make a living, but so far I've used the few version and it has totally helped me with drinking water, my digestion is much better now, even though I'm taking iron supplements, which normally cause constipation. Thanks to this app, I don't have to suffer from that annoying side effect
I've used this app off and on for the last 10 years since they released the very first version. It genuinely helps me with my water intake knowing that a little plant needs my help to stay healthy. I would highly recommend to anyone that struggles with their daily water intake especially if you like the Finch app as well.
Really good! Though there are some points of interest to subscribing, the free version is still brilliant! It's easy to use and allows you 5 editable regular drink sizes to quickly and easily register how much you drink. 😊
I was excited to download this app, but everytime I set it up to start using it, it says my connection isn't stable enough; and that's whether I'm home or not, or using wifi or data. So far it hasn't worked for me, even though I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone...it just won't work 😑
Cute app which has helped remind me to drink water pretty consistently for a few months now. I've been using the free version and have had no issues, ads are non intrusive (and you can watch optional ads in return for rewards) and you don't need to pay to grow every plant. I find the paid version subscription price is a bit too high for me and would definitely pay for more features if it was a one-off lower price.
It's cute, and works for the purpose of motivating you to hydrate regularly. But it's a bit sad how much content is behind a subscription, and the subscription is crazy expensive for a little app like this. The only other thing to do than water your plant is to watch ads to get in-game resources. It gets super repetitive, because 90% of the ads are for the company's other game.
I love that I can grow super cute plants &track my water intake at the same time. The only 2 things I don't like it is there isn't a way to save your progress. You can't sign in through Google to save your plants. You would have to pay for a subscription, as I understand it. I got a new phone recently and lost all of my plant progress, clovers, and seeds. And the second thing I'm not a fan of, is you can't get more clovers for free. There is never any ads to watch to get more clovers.
Cute game. Did the trick and made me more conscious of water intake. Combine that with a Cirkul...yes! Super excited for the new extra features and plants. I feel that really helps you keep engaged without boredom. REALLY WISH the new features were NOT so expensive! I feel in time that might wear thin.
Adorable. Puts me at ease. Wish it had widget features and even maybe as a background add on to my homescreen. That would be tricky, but super worth its cuteness! Hoping more plants will be added. Thanks for the memories. I can't wait to get up another level.
It's very good and reminds you to drink water which I struggle with. I nearly went to hospital with dehydration but after finding this app I've been able to actually consume water eachday. I don't know if that makes sense English is my third language ahaha. Anyways great app and it's actually very vital so if you don't have it I recommend it <3
Sets goals based on weight and activity. Easily customizable and bright, makes drinking water fun. The ads for the subscription plan are a little much, but overall very clean and exciting.
This app sets a goal for you depending on weight and activity level. If you complete the goal each day your seed sprouts more and more. I find this app really helpful to keep me motivated to drink more water. 10/10 would recommend.
edit. my concerns were fixes with the premium Thanks! Cute way to keep you accountable for your water intake! Water goal is calculated by weight and excersize level and I wish I could modify to my personal preference. Those issues are minuscule to the game play and I cant wait to see how my flowers grow!
I do love this app. It has gotten me to drink water when before, it got so bad I'd go through regular bouts of dehydration. The reminders are my favourite feature as well the rewards. Having the plant to grow has motivated me the most. One thing though, is if you had a sister app where the interface was a little less cute- same features but more simplistic, that would be perfect. But still, without this app, I wouldn't be hydrated 💓
