To use the Planters First Banking app, you must be enrolled as a Planters First Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

The atms are down where I live quite a lot. So I rely on the banking app but lately I have not been able to login. I called to change my password but now it won't send me the verification code in order to use the app. I have the correct phone number on file and the Authy app also does not work. I don't understand what happened.
Great Bank, excellent customer service, and friendly tellers
Works really good for what I need. Updates often, which can be annoying I know, but its a good thing for a banking app. I don't have much and Planter's First has treated me right.
Love the app! It beats running to the bank to deposit a check. And its quick and easy to check my balance and transactions
Terrible app!! The reset option (account recovery) did not work for me. You have to call the bank (of course only during business hours!!). So much for 24 hr banking!
I can never log into my account with out calling the bank for assistance! i have my info input correctly but it will not open my account. So frustrating!!
Love that I can keep up with my statement without waiting on it through mail...Makes it much easier to balance check book also...
Worked great up until today. Tell me I need to update. Then I check for the update and doesn't say there is an update. Now I can't check it via the app.
I have to retake photos so often. I dont with Community Bank's. Same phone/camera.
Good but need an option to add other existing accounts. Such as mortgage accounts.
