This game's controls are so insane, there weren't any instructions, and there are too many ads. I didn't know what to do while I was playing.

I can't say how unrealistic and stupid this "simulator" is. I did sort of laughed every time I "accidentally" chopped off her chin or her nose. So kind of entertaining to experience at first, then it just gets stupid and you end up deleting it.
Awful plastic surgery game. All the tools and equipment, body parts jump around all over the place. Games this bad should not be put in the games shop. Awful, terrible graphics.
If I could give zero stars I would. This game is beyond garbage. You barely touch the tools and they fly across the screen they don't touch the body part you want them to.
