Finally, after receiving a discounted price of KS-1, my Family and I can now use a portable karaoke without any problem. After installing this app to my Android6.0, I can confidently say that this application really supports KS-1. For an affordable price, you can search through the screen or in your phone (or alternatively use your smartphone or tablet to be your screen for karaoke and record yourself while your at it?, haven't tested it yet that way). I really recommend it but you need a cooler system for KS-1 because of its compactibility–it cannot withstand higher temperatures–it doesn't have much cooling system in its size(you just need a Fan that is focused to the dvd). The size of the KS-1 was small enough that you can carry it anywhere you go without breaking a sweat.

Garbage. This is the worst application you developed to replace the old one. Very slow and requires internet all the time. Not to mention it keeps deleting my favorites, now I have to repeat the process of putting my songs again. Please fix your application.

I could've rated 5 stars if you did not made an update. The older version is way better than this new update. It' s very hard to touch the menu. Please fix this!!! And everytime I perform an update, the songs listed on my favorite were gone.

Worst update! Please bring back the old app. This one takes a lot of time to start up and worst of all its not even working. My player is useless now. Please fix this issues. Edit: Thank you so much. Its working now! 😍 I can use my phone now as a monitor and I can even choose all the songs I want to sing using the platinum songbook app.

Triednto download all model type but the songs on the list were not complete I canmot find songs just like before. Some model after dowmloading it only shows white screen. I have to download again the old version to use in an old videoke machines. Please just update the old version as well. I will give u 1 star for this app

Great app but everytime I update the songs, all of the songs in my favorite list were gone. I have to start from the scratch again by selecting songs to put in my FAVORITE list. And also the BGV in my mobile phone cannot be changed as there is no option for changing it. Please fix thank you. I am using Piano XLSD

THIS AP IS COOL BUT: 👎You are disconnected from the internet, because you have to use your wifi connection betwn the player and your celphone. Therefore No incoming messages. 👎without phone data, you cannot connect to the player. 👎if no internet connectiom, you cannot connect to the payer. THE PLAYER: 👍SONG SEARCH & RESERVED is OK. 👍LIVE VIDEO on the phone is perfect but BGV is all the same. 👎👎👎👎👎MIC & ECHO control are not working. 🙏🙏🙏CHANGE WIFI CONNECTIVITY

It takes too long to download song list. Still not user-friendly like the old app. It is still annoying that this app always ask what kind of player I have, instead of just saving it for later use. Please fix this issue.

Very useless app. Very few Songs stored in this app and its in MIDI Format. I can not find my Favorite Songs in the App. What is the purpose of this app if we still relying on the Physical Songbook in finding Songs.

There are songs not listed in this app. I'm using platinum X-10 book with my Piano XL SD.. I can play some songs that is actually not listed in this app. I found this issue when I'm listing songs in favorites tab. needs database improvements

I tried this app but it has many bugs. I tried to play the song "Alone" by Alan Walker but it always says "This song cannot be played". And in update, my screen freezes, this app sucks and needs update in 2021

Slow to open. Always asks for version Slow to load Full screen app, so you can't minimize the keyboard. And you NEED to minimize the keyboard because the keyboard covers the results. The old app was better

I have a platinum KS-10. You are able to make an IR support in the old platinum playlist list app. Why switch for a wifi support controller that only works on a Cielo model? IR on smartphone has more videoke player model support than wifi. Most users won't buy an expensive cielo only just to be able to use this app. So if I were you, I would bring back the IR support on your previous platinum playlist app.

Bought cello 2 last Dec. 2020. Been using it for sometime now. What i noticed was the updates from dec. 2020 to present were not searchaeble on this app. I've already contacted their support but unfortunately what they told me is that thier app song liated on thier app was until nov. 2020 only. It would be better if the songs here were also updated.

I bought a new videoke so I could use this app. But it is still buggy. There are times that it works normally and there are times that you cannot reserve songs. Have to use the remote.

You should've add the remote option again for phones with built in IR blaster and for the players that don't have any wifi capability to connect to the app.

The first issue was the app didn't load the song list. After the issue fixed, the app didn't recognised the player to connect via wireless mode. This app is such a dump and useless.. I will rate this app Zero star if theres only available on option..

Please allow the remote control to input and reserve USER CONTENTS/MTV (no need to display the MTV in the phone screen... just show it in the TV screen)... old Smart KTV app has that feature...

Old app is way too far better from this app. Old app doesn't need an internet connection and is truly user-friendly. This app is very complicated.

poor quality application not even meeting the satisfaction for its own purpose. my regret for buying piano sdxl. to many annoying noises from the machine(very high distortion from counters). you better face your problem earlier before you lose the market.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🙅

Never tried this app cause i dnt have d cello/piano karaoke but i have d x-10. I think dis app is good but I want to suggest to make an app dat is stand alone. Like subscribe for a month or a year subscription depends on ur budget right? I think filipinos will enjoy dat esp on a vacation trip but of course w/ offline feature. D purpose of dat is 2 enjoy singing w/out thinking of carrying alot of wires while on a vacation. u jst need 2 bring portable speaker & ur phone. And ur good to go.

This Remote Control apps and Digital Songbook at the same time keeps getting better. Using Samsung Dex on a 12.4" Samsung Tab S7+ and it is supported in Landscape mode full screen without rotating.

It's good but I hate the fact that I can only use this app while connected to the internet, it won't open if you have no data/wifi connection.

Please update the song list or just make this app exclusively for those with link-enabled units and keep updating the old app for those who do not have link-enabled units. So disappointing 😢

Needs internet connection to open unlike the old digital songbook. The old digital song book is way much better. Online songbook takes too much time to load, thats why it sucks. I will make my review 5 star kung idadagdag nyo sa song list nyo "iisa pa lamang by martin nievera. PLEASE.

I invested on this Karaoke player coming from Philippines and this APP dont work. It can't find the player it can't connect... I dont know if the player has build in wifi something is not right you need to fix ur app.

Please make song list in landscape mode when phone or tablet in use is rotated because I'm using a tablet with stand. All screen functions must rotate with the phone or tablet. It shows Vol 88 but contains 50 songs or so.

Very very very very slow in loading Negative 5 star. Just update the old songbook app. That works for eveyone.

The update is a disaster. The application is way better than before. WHY DID YOU UPDATE AND MAKE IT VERY USELESS 🙄😤

Downloaded the app thinking that it is better than the other one. Unfortunately, there is no Reyna series in the model options. So disappointing 😞.
