If ever there was an ambassador for the world's most useless apps, playgo is it. I've wasted money buying data and air time only for this app to continuously fail over and over again. The customer assistance favourite line is, uninstall and install the app again. After numerous repetitions, that still hasn't worked. Please, do not touch this app, it's a Bermuda triangle for all your phone credits.

OMG!!! This app is so frustrating. I logged in quite ok at first. However, every time since the app keeps crashing. Not only that, based on the channel line up on the website, there should be a dedicated channel to premier league. Unfortunately there isn't. So either this is false advertising or the channel is no longer an option. Either way, it needs to be corrected on the website. In addition to the other listed channels on the website, that is not present on the app.

I like the app, it's easy to access TV channels. But it's not working after I just installed it in week. It's taking too long loading and nothing is happening. I tried upgrading it but still the same. I have MB to access but still its not working. Besides it says we can watch sport channels for free on the app, it worked but now it's not.

I wish I went through these reviews before I downloaded the app but I said why not give it a shot since a free PlayGo pass comes with my plan. First off it's always a struggle to log in and when u do get there the options are very limited. It's basically a bunch of news channels and the on demand options are shows I don't even think anyone watches. It's really a waste. And on top of that, I think the app would have resulted in actualdata coming off my phone rather than the designated PlayGo data

As usual. After months of not using this app. I finally bought a 1 day pass subscription. I open the channels, After 10 seconds each time, the stream stops completely and no continuation. The frame just stays stuck. So basically a waste of $180. 2ndly, do you have a download link for this playgo service for Windows PC. I only see Android and iPhone download link on your website.

I just downloaded the application this afternoon and when I turned on to watch the program, I dont know if it was the network but it kept going off and it eventually went off..To get the program back it keeps downloading and the message appears on the screen as it cannot recognize it. Digical needs to look into this and make some improvement to rectify this problem.

I enjoyed using this app for the first time when I took my kids to the village for Christmas break. It was amazing watching our favorite shows while holidaying at home. Now it's not same anymore. I have trouble trying to subscribe because the subscription just disappears into thin air and to make it worse I never got my refund. This happened 3 or 4 times. I've lost my money several times trying to subscribe. Just recently I got very upset and I uninstalled the app. Please fix the problem.

I keep getting error messages. Even after I ordered the 30day premium plan not to mention data, it continued with the error messages. Tried un-installing and re-installing the PlayGo, no luck! Re-starting the phone too does not help. Overall, a poor Application and needs to be improved big time. Who are the Developers? Aren't they even reading the reviews?

Will adjust the rating when changes are made to add functionality -First of all there is no mini player/picture in picture feature. -The app doesnt remember where you left off, so you're consistently having to search for whatever you were watching everytime you come back to the app. -The content stutters and sometimes loops for seemingly no reason at all -There is no way to save for later or watch anything offline -No option to select video quality

Two stars. The app is forever slow, keeps loosing signal. It is worse on cloudy days and absolute useless on rainy days. Increase signal strength vwould fix some of the issue. The 'On Demand' show is actually the "NO DEMAND". I don't see why it is in demand?.;I gave this app 2 stars but only for an Initiative by Digicel Group.

Experiences with this app is not to my expectations. It freezes alot, goes off several times, and takes a lot more time to to open. Annoying really, would be cool if it just opens on the go and not freeze🤔

I installed it. After subscribing K8 wantok combo, all channels worked/ played well but chanel 4 (action) was not played after tried it for several times within 48 hours. I have just paid to watch NRL but after all it was a waste. Can the team fix that chanel for view.. Thank you..

By far the worst app I've downloaded. It took a long time to load even though I bought a 7 day plan. Ended up wasting money on the plan as I didn't get to watch anything on this app. Very frustrating...even 1 star is too much.

Don't even bother. This bs app is just here to waste your money. Continuously falls over. Try to watch NRL games on it and it will work for (at best) 20mins of the game. The rest of the time you're continuously trying to login. Useless piece of junk. Just go buy a dish and a playbox and watch the old fashioned way. If you can't support this app with the appropriate infrastructure then take it off the market. I'd give it zero stars if it was possible

Total blank. Please fix the problem. I do support the app. Since everyone owns smart phones now, it makes it more convenient for the general public to view live sports, news and entertainment. I'd rather have the PlayGo app and watch at my own comfort than having to run back to the living room to watch my favorite shows.

Was OK but it became obvious that you also have to have data available to access the app. On top of that I keep on receiving text messages about the app, bought the plan only to find out the app is having unexpected error every week. Waste of money when this occurs..Are we going to be refunded.. Being doing this for consecutive weeks now. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.!

I find the app is really helpful in terms of watching news, sports and other events at low cost. However, at times its very slow to start up. Need to fix that bit only. Otherwise all good.

Worst app ever. Keeps crashing. First i downloaded the app it was working fine. But when digicel offered the Free PlayGo 30 days, it stopped working. After several uninstalling and installing the app again, everything got worse. Can't access even though i have data.

No channel search has successfully loaded since i downloaded the app 24 hours ago, on my samsung A02 phone. I have stopped all background apps from running, but still no luck. Is it because of the high volume of usage by other play go users, that is preventing me from watching anything at all??

Worst experience with this app not once but on numerous occasions. I wasted money and paid a day's subscription 3x @ K16 for the one day Sports Plan and can't even watch a full game as it kept on giving the error message: "This channel has lost a signal and we are working hard to fix it..." Like seriously?! I gave up after numerous attempts. Even more frustrating when I tried during NRL GF last month and just last night's State of Origin even worse when I'm in NCD!

Just Terrible. Did everything I could've done to get it working. All I get is error messages. Just a waste of my time and money.. wish I didn't have to give a star. Uninstalling and never trusting any app from Digicel again..

It always pause seconds after seconds unnecessarily even if my data worked fine and some channels are not working like tv Wan plus , tv Wan sports events,day star are the ones that shows only black screen and no pictures.Please do fix this.

Do upgrade your bugs, we simultiounsly can't face this odds after buying ur mobile tv paln every week. It's like waste of money for buying the mobile tv paln over and over without even watching a full match without stop. The signal simultiounsly lost in times of the NRL games and it's insane. Please do upgrade.

Great app. However, I can't give a five star for this coz I have been having trouble login into this app. When I try to login to fill in my credentials, I repeatedly receive this messege; "Login failed. Unexpected error occured. Contact your service provider". I have been trying for several times but still no improvements. At the moment am still facing this same problem. Please service provider, work on this and get this issue solved. Thanks, Your customer.

Great App. It was working fine but few times i come across the error message and after 2 weeks it just totally went off, can not be login again and giving error messages. I subscribe for 1 day sport for K16 and nothing happen still error messages. I suggest this app needs to be updated, i am giving this app a 1 star.

It's a bad App! Don't ever want to download it because every time, it has to cut off without any signals from the site. Sometimes it may have not load properly. The most important thing was that, excess to watching states of origin has prohibited. While creating these interuption, People still keep on buying flex and they are making morning. How....
