I was on a really high level and had all kinds of spins and cards and 3 days ago I go into the app to play and It literally was all gone and was like I was starting from scratch again. I lost everything that I had which was quite a bit. 26 spins 15 cards not to mention the coins I had as well. I will be un installing this app and not playing again. Unreal that just because we aren't connected to a Facebook we lose all we have played and won.
I was having a lot of problems with the App. They fixed some of them but not all of them. Couldn't get spins to work but they do now. And they are generous. But Cash Warriors. Wasn't working but then briefly worked but not working again. I complained and they said the problem was fixed and case closed. But problem was never fixed.

It won't allow me into the Emerald Slot room games. The starting bar goes close to the end but never all the way. Such a disappointment because I really want to play those games too. Please fix.

Had several, several problems with this app. Constant error messages. Contacted support only to have them respond issue resolved "changed to closed" I reached out to support a total of 3 times for this same problem and 3 times received "changed to closed " No explanation or anything. Prior to this I had purchased chips, in an hour or so all gone & practically no wins. I use to love this app, but not any more. customer service is really bad. Started getting error messages again...bad app.
