A recently added pop-up asking if more of a particular character is wanted has made the app clumsy and unusable. When the app didn't have that feature the call would simply end and my son could pick a new character to call or get more Color Crew without an app crashing prompt. I have to close and reopen the app every other call.
Right now, the app has an ad that appears everytime a video call with a character ends and I have to reset the whole app everytime. This happens after 2 'video calls' and I hope this gets fixed. Otherwise my daughter loves the app! Please fix this bug!
App freezes after calling two characters. Doesn't matter which two. Always freezes after the 2nd phone call. Asks if i want more "_____?" with the options 'yes' or 'not now' with the YouTube logo showing but app is frozen. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ But my baby loves it. When it works ;-)
By far my son's favorite app. It's fun, entertaining and difficult for him to accidentally exit. I only wish they would fix the texting glitch. It's been at least 6 months and it still doesn't work.
Ok app, leaving on for now, does not have a way to keep child from backing out of app. There should be a code or something needed in order to access the navigation bar to keep the app on without the possibility of them being able to access the rest of the phone.
I Downloaded this game for my 10m daughter, there's a lot of buffering going on and it makes me sad for her because she gets super excited. Then the call ends or just repeats itself over and over. The camera doesn't work, it's all black and won't take her picture. Just a little disappointed knowing this is the newest app compared to the original.
2yr old loves it, but camera doesn't work only shows a black screen. So we haven't been able to personalize it with her picture. The whole reason I got the app was so she'd have a play camera instead of getting into mine all the time. Other than that I like the app.
as I was making sure it is a safe app for my 2yrs I didn't realize I was into it and I think it's safe and fun plus she loves baby first channel n YouTube (I wish you guys had a Spanish version of this app)so is very familiar for her and it keeps her occupied. although when watching the videos it locks and it won't let you leave that's the only issue I've found so far. thank you I hope my comment help you guys improve.
I was reviewing because its a good app, and thought the emoji problem was just me, but it looks like all the other reviews say the same thing from at least the last 4-5 months.... so... if its not fixed its annoying but the rest of the app is good
My 13 month old loves it. And it makes her day sometimes. Just to see her smile is enough for Me to be satisfied with this app. More of a variety songs should be added.
My daughter absolutely loves the app. Unfortunately, it freezes after only two calls every time.

It's amazing to see my infant son video chatting with his favorite cartoon guy friend Goo goo who is finally his age too now 18 months!
This was one of my sons favorite apps. The most recent update seems to have ruined it. Several characters have disappeared from the video chat part and the 3 videos are completely gone. Update (3/2019): Company responded quickly. After some time they did bring back the 3 videos. However, not all the characters returned to the video chat and they did not add any new characters.
