Not working properly now. Worked fine few months back. But now it dosent fit the screen and you can see half the picture. Even cam is nit able to pick up the cards. Really annoying for kids. Tried reinstaling it. But issue is still there Thanks for the prompt response. But got it figured. May be you guys did something. Uninstalled and installed couple if times and wirked wonders. Thanks again.
Excellent idea and good fun for 2+ yr kids. Good learning and interactive experience. I am giving a 4 only because of compatibility issues I found with some of my devices and it is extremely battery hungry with no options to optimise those
waste nothing is working properly,and application is too heavy..and has lots of bugs.. never exits, we have to kill the application forcefully. concept is also not that much impacts, hold the mobile too close,if mobile get's tilt then gone.. my suggestion is why kids need to choose physical picture and hold infront camera.. provide the pictures in mobile and show it in 3D no need of camera also and any direction we can hold.
Not sure how they are selling this half baked product. I was impressed by the demo they gave in the mall and thought of trying out with PlayShifu Shifu Wildlife Boat Safari, most animals such as flamingo , shark, whale and many more does not work. And we are struck with just one fact per animal, seriously the least is that it should show some random facts at-least. For spelling the letters move super fast not even grownup able to click them all. Hope they would have done the basic testing, I am using this on POCO M3 Pro, with the latest android version.
The problem is with the camera,when I make the phone straight then it the camera goes on the wrong direction it goes like the sleeping position and when I do sleeping position then it comes straight and when I put the card the picture comes but it is too close and hard to move, so give a suggestion for fixing this, this started when I downloaded this game In a different phone so please give me a suggestion to fix this everything else is okay..I have to uninstall then it will be fixed.
After installation app struck on 1 time setup screen. The kit allows only 3 activations. Not sure if I uninstall and reinstall the app, it will consider as 2 activations. The app worked only 1 time during demo
No tab for closing the application. Once started app you have to switch off the phone to go to other app. No going back is serious problem. You can't place call even.
Not supported on Moto 5 plus. Experince best when used bigger screens like pads or phablets. U should build app specific to phones as well. Eg. The gears in dinosaur look so small and strain eyes. Lot of screen area is going to waste
My mobile is mi A3. I found this app great. By profession I am well experienced teacher. In our days we don't have this much facilities. I can tell that by this type of apps children can understand and can experience this 3d view well. So many thanks to this app developers, ur work can change some children lives. Please develop this type of good apps to improve knowledge.
What is the exact name of the app that has to be downloaded from play store? I have purchased Plugo STEM pack (Count & Link combo). The Play Shifu app is asking me to activate my product, which is not in the list provided. I have mailed to your team more than 10 days back, but, no response till now.
Some of the flash cards are great and informative. But some are useless. And app is also not that efficient. Hangs sometimes and doesn't do anything.
I purchased shifu tacto laser. It appears this app does not exist. So far very disappointed. Website is not very helpful. How about links that take us to the apps? Edit: I saw shifu responding to many comments about how to search and I searched exactly how shifu is suggesting below. App doesn't exist. I have a Lenovo M10. I think this company is a scam.
I am very disappointed with the application. It doesn't detect any card and every time it takes lots of time to start the application. I specially bought new tablet to use this product but it is worthless. I do not recommend anyone to buy and use it.
the app just freezes on loading screen on my one plus nord ce. this is a major issue and should be fixed immediately.
Lot of glitches in the app.frequent issues like sound is going, library mode vanishes and others. Need to improve on these type of crashes
We have the space game and the app is not able recognize a lot for cards. Even some images stay on screen even if a new card is shown to the camera.
The voice is not complete. The voice only speaks first lines and not summary. This is not useful for 5 year olds. It is better if it can read the whole summary
Good activity based learning for kids with visual impact for longer visual memory. Regret when we were kids these methods of education were not there. Must have for kids.
concept is good. however it just gives one liner about any card. you need to add more content and information about each card. can be little more entertaining.

9 out of 10 times the app just hangs and won't even load. It is really painful and frustrating
A very good and interesting learning game for kids and for parents also who don't want to get their kids hooked up to gadgets this is a good idea to limit their time on gadgets and help them learn something
Asking to sing up but not allowing to enter mail id. Keyboard not appearing. Unable to proceed even though cards are available. Earlier it used to work.
Excellent for kids. My sister got this on my daughter's birthday, she is 4 years old, she really like and enjoy this. Thanks to my sister for this educational game.
Tried on the new version still not working ..App does not scan on MI tab and does not register and also tried on OnePlus 5 camera, just shows a blue screen.. please fix
Why is it doing a "one time setup" every time!? It used to work initially. Unnecessary complications in setup process
the application is so pathetic, many insect cards like honeybee, beetles do nit work. has bugs like in octopus card you cant see the head of the octopus sometimes. please fix these things as soon as possible.
It is a nice for children's. It like a 4d picture the graphics is very nice control also. I think we are in real world 🌍

I have purchased Count and link but unable to activate it on my device despite the fact that my device Samsung galaxy A6+ is as per the requirement. It says device not compatible with the version of the app. I had showed my device configuration at the store at the time of purchase and the slaes person had said it will work. It's not working at all. Quite upset over such a conduct!
