Worst app ever, it says that connection lost then reconnected and vise versa. And it also reduced the time from 10 minutes to 2 seconds. Please fix this problem otherwise I will not play this game ever again....
paid a years subscription from the app on my phone. download the app to my tablet. However no matter what i do i cannot log into my account from my tablet despite following password reset etc.... i am also 100% i imput my psssword correctly. Have sent an email to this effect to the developers - awaiting responce.
Okay app, but it refuses to take moves sometimes while your clock just keeps ticking. And yes, I am talking about legal moves. Sometimes I input the move 8 times before the app finally takes it. Frustrating
I bought the app when ot was not free. It said It was lifetime. Now I came back to it, just to discover it's now free, but with subscription program, and that my account now is on subscription term, so I should renew the subscription plan. I used it only to see some games and explore the database.. I know this app is really bad for playing.. so no use right now
opponent lost on time and the app is asking resign now for me. then after viewing the results, shocked to see that opponent has won. very bad experience. App is buggy. uninstalling the app now.
CONNECTION LOST. RECONNECTED. CONNECTION LOST. RECONNECTED. Would the developers please use a decent server for paying customers. The current system is ridiculous. Wat too often your server is overloaded. Ruins an otherwise good experience.
Connection constantly drops out, even when the network is fine. Makes the whole thing unplayable. Whoever wrote this should never write another app.
The problem is " Your Ip address or machine is currently not admitted to the server " . I dont kbow how to fix this problem. Its showing since 9 or 10 days exactly . I don't like it. Even a game where my opponent had a bishop. I had three pawns. It declared a win for my opponent. A bishop cannot mate. It had to be draw because I had insufficient time. It has now happened 4 times. You better work on such things. Perhaps the developers don't know chess. Put professional players on your team.
Unacceptable. Extremely laggy, your rating doesn't change even if you win a game and the server routinely disconnects. This is awful for a subscription based game.
Not full featured, many options unavailble. Needs more work. Drops games in play. Does not match within formula. Lag issues.
Worst app. It will disconnect frequently getting struck in the middle of a game and after that it shows that you lost the game.
It always says: "Disconnected,reconnected, the connection lost!" Plase fix it because it is now impossible to use the app.
Since more than 2 years, this application and the other one chessbase stopped working. Recently you fixed chessbase. Why you do not try to fix this one also?
Good program. Fast and efficient. But is it being updated/upgraded? The last update was in 2017!!
It stopped working and has just frozen on a brand new Samsung Galaxy S4 Tablet. Reinstalling doesn't fix it.
This game is really bad.The developer of this game don't know on how to play chess because in one of my games i lost in time but my opponent has insufficient material to win why i became lost?This game is really bad.That game is annoying!For me Lichess app is better than your app.
The game is lags annoying as hell to have to drag your pieces to the squares could be better with a larger board and pieces
Every time when i play cheez with this app, after one and second move this shows "connection lost"... Due to this i hate this app and uninstall ing it
Sometimes, when opponent resigns rating will not change... That's very sad thing after lot effort of win.
Sadly, it has only 3 board designs, and the colors cannot be set by the user.

I love it .....but i don't think now it is an free app ..... . ...i can't see games as it was before
not a problem with my cell service, but the app disconnects EVERY SINGLE GAME, then reconnects, but wont respond and my options are 1 resign 2 wait for MY flag to fall, even though my clock is not running. when is this going to get fixed???? this android app must be made by different people than the programmers at chessbase. there is no way they would have produced this poorly functioning product
