I had lost my high roller status and balance three times over the last 6 years, and not once have I had a response, I don't believe there is a support team for this app update Jan 29 2022, APP IS NOT LOADING. it is the app both I.pad and android phones and tablets.

I do love the site, but you do not get very much as far as bonus play and when I try to click on free coin app it just puts me back into the site with no free coins. As far as buying chips, the amount that is expected to pay for such a little amount of coins is ridiculous.

Seriously, and believe me when I say that I've played all the free slots in the game store.....this is the worst one to date. Take my advice and don't waste your storage space, or time. Your coins disappear more quickly than any other slot app out there. Not even a teaser for a few levels to get you hooked. Machines are all terrible, if you are looking for vegas type play you will not find it here. Money trap is all that it is.

Games are fun. However, purchases can be very expensive. Still need to lower cost of coins or at least give more coins with every level of purchase. Bets are not commensurate with value and quantity of coin purchases. Needs better deals and sales.

I love the Ainsworth slots. I just don't like some of the high amounts that you have to bet to play a certain game. I think the starting bet should be $2000 on all machines with the option to bet higher as you gain more money.

Would love to see the super choice and ultimate choice feature included in the twice the money game as that's how it originally is in real life gaming happens to be my favorite game also being I know the gamble patterns and it pays very well learning and practicing the same patterns as the real thing

For the past two days I've not been able to log in. I keep getting an error message that I have no internet or wifi connection. I'm not sure what is going on with this site, but I am not having any problems with my internet service. I've been playing this game for a long time and now all of a sudden I can't open it? It's fun to play, but like many other reviews I've read, they are very expensive, coins don't last long, they will not respond to my email.

Been playing for a bit, have yet to win much of anything. Playing minimum bet, and am almost down to zero. Graphics are great, Fun is minimal. Deleting this game 15 minutes after installing.

Loved this game . Sorry I can't buy coins from special offers and the play store. Not happy with this app anymore. So much fun. Hopefully it will open up to purchase coins again. If so I will definitely give it a 5 star rating.

I like the games. But you dont get enough for coins for your money. They need to give you more for your bucks. Ive played on and off for 4yrs and they still have not changed the prices for what you get. Get with the program people. If you give more id play more. Make it more inviting.

I didn't care much for this particular alot app. It was not connected to Facebook for free coins from friends and that is what i am looking for. Other then that its below average in my book.

good game to pass the time, but run out of credits too easily. Big thing that is annoying me is working out how to unlock "high roller" on the daily bonus? maybe can be 2 daily bonus wheels or closer chip bonus instead of every 2 hours.

Customer service never gets back to you said and functionalities of the game don't work has great potential but developers don't seem to care and update definitely don't update their social media so they relying on old players for coin purchases maby downloading it then uninstalling sadly, they are sitting on good mine yet so nothing even their email address is wrong you can't get assistance 🙄 if been paying for many years, then they just stopped doing any thing to it!!!!

There are days and times you are totally locked out of winning and all it does it take coins. Many of the games are lame and never pay out. Some of the games are pretty good when they are not on lock down
