Playfully Baby Development Activities & Milestones

Love the activities and it is great that you can go back and look at different ideas. BUT and this is a major downfall of the app they segment their skills into ages too much and there is chance to go back and tick it off if you do not do it within the specified months. For example my girl is only just starting to cruise now at 15 months. They have it at 6 to 8 months. Because I didn't check it off then I can't check it off later as previous milestones delete. I want to be able to see all

LOVE THIS APP! It's so convenient and efficient for me to keep tabs on my baby's emerging milestones and achievements. They break it down into months and categories as well so this app is truly a God send. If anything, it would be great if they didn't remove the milestones from the previous months because my baby doesn't hit all the milestones every month and honestly, I don't remember all of them so it'll be good to be able to look back for reference.

This app is only worth it if you pay for the premium subscription (which you get automatically for the first 2 weeks). The premium content was exactly what I was looking for. Several new activities each day (3-5 I think?) that were easy to do and only required things we already have. 5 stars for the premium content. The free part of the app only gives you access to "milestones" and a weekly development tip (no activities). Since I wanted activity ideas I uninstalled after the 2 week trial.

Each time I open it, it asks to login even though I have given remember me option. and it takes forever to log in. very slow even in good Wi-Fi connection. but I love the tips it gives each day. Even though it's just one activity per day for the free version I still like that and excited to see it every morning. Two stars less for the slow thing.

I have the paid version. It started off being great but now I hardly use it. I have ticked off milestones but the same activities for old milestones keep popping up. For example, my son started crawling early and has been for months now but a lot of activities are for crawling. It's very annoying, the activities are almost completely useless

Really great and useful app. Would be helpful to see materials required for at minimum upcoming 7 days and to be able to untick an activity if ticked accidentally. Edit: Additional suggestions: would like to be able to add pictures to each child's profile. Would be useful to include more detail around the milestones e.g. To be able to click on the milestone and get a bit more detail on how you know they have achieved it. Also would be great to see video of how to do activity.

ive been looking for an app like this for so long. its a little on the slow side and could be optimized a bit more but the interface is wonderful and the information given is exactly what i need. it goes up to 3 years of age in milestones which is wonderful! i highly recommend! the premium subscription is so affordable as well which is awesome!

Before deciding to download this app, I looked at other similar ones. They all had free trials/premium content, so I decided on this one because it was more affordable than others. My baby girl and I have really been enjoying this app. Between my to-do lists and work, it helps me slow down and enjoy watching her grow. All the activities are simple, and specific for her age and the milestones she's reached. Any emails I've sent with questions were answered quickly and with detail.

So far I absolutely adore this app!! I think it's so helpful and gives you a lot of ideas for plenty activities to be doing with your new little one literally from birth and so on!!! Super clever app. Like I said, so far, it's a superb app for new parents, or even just parents that want to liven up their parenting skills and start becoming a bit more confident and creative with their parenting overnight!! Love it! Thanks a ton!

The app is not good value for money. I rather buy my baby a new book every month. Some activities are not developmentally appropriate. My sister-in-law in law reported similar issue with her baby. I have to note that I am a researcher in early child development with training from an ivy league, so I know a thing or two.. Plus, they repeat the same activities often. I get the whole "repetition is important" but normally curriculums like this add some modifications to adapt to the new stage.

I love this app. Gives me great suggestions for developmental activities with my toddler.. Very helpful and fun.. 5 stars would be if they integrate a sibling mode for older bros and sisters.. If you have two young ones, it gets difficult without some extra guidance on how to have older , but still young, siblings participate.. That said, it is still one of the best, creative, and fun apps out there. I check my playfully more than my email at this point.. At least I know it is not junk!

Great tips and advice, short and clear and to the point! Gives great pointers for new 1st time parents! If you dont have too much free time, this is a great app to give you ideas on how to interact with your little ones! Love it!

One of those great apps to get to know your kid's needs as a growing individual and help them much better. Strongly recommend it. All the activities are well prepared by experts on the field, milestones and other tabs to learn about your child's skills have useful tips and advice on how to improve your kid by any means.

These are awesome activity and adventure suggestions specifically development oriented. It takes the guess work out of finding age appropriate activities. Since I can't afford premium right now, I still have to search for more ideas, but this still makes it so much easier to keep up with offering fun games that's also stimulating while helping us bond.

It is a great app in regards to activities ideas, but it lacks personalization. For example, I have a baby not crawling or standing on her own yet and the coming activities assume that she is already able to do that as if the milestone has already passed. It makes the coming activities useless when your baby if faster or slower on the programmed milestones.

I've only been using this app for a few days but already it is a game changer! It takes the stress out of play time because I now have a whole bank of new stimulating play ideas for my baby! I also love that this app not only gives you play ideas but also maps them to developmental milestones and gives you an idea of what the activity is teaching your child! I only wish I found it sooner

Love the app, such interesting and easy activity ideas to complete with your baby along with an explanation as to which skills it improves and how. My only complaint is I had a premium account, but cannot log in and have contacted the team numerous times, yet no one has gotten back to me with a way to help reset or access my account. App is amazing, customer service not s much!

Bought the lifetime plan but not rly satisfied with it. Prefer an advanced notice of the list of things needed for the weekly's activities. I find myself unable to do the activities n having to improvise or skip them instead, because I do not have the items at hand or needing to find time to prepare them.

This app was great... For a week. Now none of the activities are available at all. Plenty of other childhood development apps allow you to see at least some of the actives in the free version or allow you to watch ads to unlock activities so I will be uninstalling this app and using one of those instead. Save your time and start with a different app.

So far loving the free trail of premium. It's helpful to have ideas for ways I can play with my newborn, and seeing him react and enjoy our time together makes me feel like I'm doing enough as a mom. :) Still learning to navigate the interface (I'll find an activity that isn't in my refunded for the day, and then when I try to go back to it I don't know how to find it again.) Might be nice to have a search function and "favorites" function to go back to certain activities you want to try.

I love this app! It's so much fun seeing how well my little one is coming along. Great activities to do together, little celebrations when you tick off something achieved, glance back and reminisce at previously met milestones! Then there's the list of upcoming items you may need which is also a huge help. This app needs to win big awards! Big, BIG awards! It's fantastic!

You can do absolutely nothing unless your paying for it, so don't download unless you plan on using it and getting your money's worth. They give you a eight day trial of the app and all its uses but in the eight days there was many repeated activities. The activities were pretty different and neat but they should give you longer then eight days to decide on paying for an app that can apparently be used for years for activity ideas for baby. Cheap skates.

This is one of the few apps that I actually pay for. It's really worth it in my opinion. It offers many fun activity ideas that I can prep spontaneously or if it does require some planning, is simple to do. I strongly recommend it and wish I had downloaded it earlier.

We've only been using the app for a few days but we have already upgraded. I wanted to make sure my little one was getting appropriate stimulation, but it's kind of hard to know what to do with a newborn. Some of the activities are simple things we were already doing, but the explanation of how it helps them is really interesting and helpful. But the additional suggestions are things I never would have thought of because you just don't know what a newborn can process. I love that it!
