The app has been crashing for years. I deleted it for a couple of years but reinstalled it due to Covid boredom. Levels look nearly complete but then magically go back to half way. Then when nearly complete they go to 2/3rds. The yardstick keeps moving, lame. Also if you play it for 10 days you are supposed to get bonus points for consecutive days and 10 days. You only get the 10 day bonus. Another sorry way to sell more coin packages which I would recommend against.

I love treasure island the hotel it's my whole family's go to place to stay in vegas.. I am so disappointed in the game 😣 I wasnt able to play at all. Just blank screens with sound. I tried restarting it.. refreshing. Only 1 game available & cant play it. Sigh.. please fix the bugs.. I believe in you TI!!

Ridiculous app. Given 25K coins on signing up. Only one game to play with a minimum bet of 36k. Complete waste of time. Advertised as free play with lots of games....the mention of after you spend on enough coins to play is neglected.

the new blackjack game is ridiculous. keeps disconnecting, but dealer keeps going and i see that i win BIG and press reconnect but didnt register so made it look like i lost.. has happened 3 different times. closed and restarted the application and still happened.

Fun to play, and some of the slots are very addicting. The graphics and colors are great, and the changing of your bet is easy to figure out.

I was having fun, and would of gave this game 5 stars. Than it kept freezing my game. Disconnecting the app. Than I lost coins that I would of won because the game froze. Such an inconvenience. 😡

I enjoy this app for many different reasons. My top reason being that you get points not only towards the app when you play it but also towards your casino players club account if you have one! Awesome!

Apparently I can't play this in Washington? I downloaded and first played the app when I was in Las Vegas, but after I got back home and tried to log in I get the error "not available in your state".

Another game that when you first start out the payoffs are so bad and the free chips are so few you get maybe a dozen spins before you're broke, unless of course he actually want to pay for more chips. Not worth the time.

I have to manually login every single time I go to the app. If I stay logged in it eats up my data. My biometrics let's me into every app except this app. It's an inconvenience

Dont bother. This used to be an awesome app. Lots of ways to earn free coins. The invite facebook friends link has been broken for over 2 years. They blame it on facebook yet the Vegas Slots app facebook invites works just fine. The broken link has screwed me out of over 6 billion coins. Funny how the link to buy coin packages is never broken though. I cant believe the real brick and mortar Treasure Island Casino allows these clowns to associate with them. I wont spend another penny until fixed.

While it looks like you updated this, it's still a poor playing app. Unless you invest more and make it better like all the other slot apps, it's not worth downloading.

this is the same it's what I played down there I used to be able to win a little bit I spend a lot and now I don't win pretty much at all I love coming down there to get away from my apartment now I come about twice a month when I came 4 to 6 times a month before do you think there's anything wrong with that picture

I had about 250 million coins and the app guit working. LOST ALL MY COINS! Had to start all over and now cannot even build up my coins. APP sucks!

This game is all about spending money. Eats coins with minimal payouts . Hardly ever get close to what you bet .

They never allow you to win... I was trying to play and give support But the winning and playing return is a shame.. Atleast allow a person to win.....sometimes and not just my bet back ever 100 bets.

terrible, nothing loads. I now remember why I uninstalled the first time I tried it which was probably a year ago. nothing has changed with the app.
