PLC Ladder Simulator 2
The native language of the PLC is called “ladder logic”. Ladder logic is graphical, in that it can be laid out in a form that resembles a ladder with rails and rungs. Ladder logic diagrams were developed originally from relay-circuit diagrams that were used for electronic circuitry prior to the advent of PLCs.
PLC Ladder Simulator 2 is a simulator for the Android operating system with input and output objects that simulate the I/O ports of a real PLC. You can use PLC Ladder Simulator to create ladder-logic diagrams using components from the standard set used in these diagrams.
PLC Ladder Simulator 2 is the successor of PLC Ladder Simulator, this version comes with big changes like a better and more friendly user interface UI and user experience UX, better use of sub-rungs, more functions blocks, unlimited save files and the possibility to export them to other devices that run the app, and much more.
PLC Ladder Simulator 2 allows to auto-generate Arduino code for some Arduino boards from your ladder designs.

I have notice you ( developer) reply to 1 star ratings, so if you reading this pls help me with the problem i m facing, while using CTU when the input is high but the 'accumulator' is not counting, same problem with 'CT up-down'. 1 star rating is just to get it to your attention, I will change it later. Thank you.
UPDATE: Customer support was able to quickly help me through the problems, and now the app works perfectly. Easy to write and test programs, help files answer any questions I have. Best simulator I have found. ********* I just downloaded this app. The README V1.04 message will not go away, but you can tap items behind the message. I paid for the full version to activate the desktop code, but cannot see the code to access the desktop version.
The interface is a much needed redesign from the first version. I am new to PLC programming but I think that the app is missing a one shot instruction or at least I can't find it.
I have unlocked everything and the app is just crashed and unusable. I have never been able to get the PC code that i paid for to work. There is no support and no support button. I rate it a 3 because there is not any other ladder to arduino option.
I like the plc2 app more than the original. Very easy to understand and learn new things. Some more online lessons would be awesome. Adds aren't too bad but I will need more inputs from my next project so will purchase the extension.
Very convenient to implement ladder diagrams on the go. Useful to check if a certain logic that you remember suddenly, works or not instantly.
Love the app, I'm a controls engineer by trade and it allows me to develope and test programs as well as program Arduino using ladder logic. One problem I'm having is sub-rungs don't work. I did what the help file said, but nothing happens. Also for the people complaining about ads, spend the money already!
Thanks fo this r apps" I fully understand ,how to make a ladder diagram.Converting block diagram-circuit diagram to ladder diagram.Also i apply this knowledge to my daily work as a mentainace engineering...Because of this,i am incharge to make the improvement,if their need ,for safety,quality and productivity purposes.
I am not sure if B variable is memory register. Also I couldn't find set and reset variables. Functions and variables doesn't have same name with SIEMENS's AND FATEK's functions and variables. The manual guide doesn't have explains for all functions and variables. Would you mind informing me about set, reset and memory variables. Where are they on the app and how can I use them?
Very good app. Windows interface needs some more work, it will be helpful if a scroll bar is provided
Dear Creator, An extraordinary talent you guys/girls have for making such an amazing app,, seriously loving it,,, still I would like to say a few things which can make it more better than before if u please then please do update 1) I can't rotate my phone,, its only one sided 2) while saving any file there can be no space entered in between them. 3)sometimes it hangs,,, 4)Analog input and outputs are still not understandable for guys like me who are only good in digital work,,anyways great job
Great app for use when you are doing college homework on PLCs. This was nothing I expected. Everything I needed is on there. I paid for the 2 locks and it has never let me down. 5 stars.

It's very convenient and inexpensive way to learn PLC programming. Testing of concepts and ideas safely with the simulation is fantastic.
Its a great app and I enjoy using all the apps created by the developer. I learned all the basics just by following all the guides he provided. Just read everything on the site provided and if you cant work on something the developer will help you solve it that's why I gave 5 stars!👍👍👍
I am a biginer to arduino programing but this plc ladder simulator 2 is 1000 times easier than arduino text programing. Thank you soo much to the creator of this app you guys helped a lot.It made me understand so quickly on how to arrange the fucntions that became a brain system of the automation.

Just superb... it's truly not a toy, because it's very close to an actual running PLC, now that it has more input options. Keep up the good work.
Very hard make it simple..I am new inthis field and found it very hard to operate like putting values to input and coils also latching to output is very hard...make it more simple
One of the best plc tutorial app. After looking at the performance with trial version, immediately I wanted to purchase pro version. Unfortunately, banking operations not through. However, I will try once again tomorrow
This is a complex and capable piece of application programming and contrary to one review here it most certainly does work and works very well. I wish people would take the trouble to learn how to use an app before leaving such negative reviews as doing so unjustly is very unfair to the developer.
Very good ,complete ,simulation for beginner learning plc .But managed to wifi communicate with hardware-arduino and hardware-relays such that it can work as Real-plc used in the manufacturing-industry to fully replacing extremely expensive,100000 Real-ethernet-plc-licence .VERY Good for future plc trench after year 2020 .Good keep it up for future software-development using virtual Cloud computer-system. Ads. Why are there ads? There are many apps similar to this one, without ads. Use one of those instead. Edit: The developer says to just PAY him for this app when there are BETTER, FREE versions on the Play Store. Avoid this app and the developer. Changed review to 1 star.
From the looks of the app it's what I needed for school work. I'm only giving it 3 stars because it won't let me edit in the tag area. I really wanted this app to work :(

Today I cant find folder which store the code after generated from ladder diagram. It should be in folder android/data/com.casdata.plcladder..... The folder not exist anymore.... any 1 Know y? I use samsung android. Last time can found the link b4 update the firmware

There is a problem with app that when we update the app all the previous programs we have saved are deletes plz do Same change for it
So far I think it's cool Should add rung titles and descriptions like Allen Bradley, then it would be perfect. I use it for doing my PLC homework from the college
very useful, great for learning how PLC work. still explore the function, the first impression is it has a good flexibility despite of it is an Android app. good work. can you provide an example for using bit shift and bit rotate properly? I can't figure it out. Last update made it even better. make it great to program Arduino in PLC ladder way. Btw, plz consider to swap the position of relay and switch in simulation since pressing any switch can accidentally scroll the screen.
