I didn't have a problem with this app until just recently. For some reason it's not showing any available dates for reservations. When the pop up congress up (to actually make a reservation), is BLANK. It's been like this for more than a month already. This is so disappointing!

So often programm get Frozen!! Impossible to choose option . Has to uninstall or reset many times back and forth, unbelievable

I can't get my appointment 😫 online. I look for locations of the food the one near my house. Can't find one. You some crazy 🤪 answers.

The app was great, until couple weeks ago. Won't let me make a reservation. Please fix this problem. Thank you ^-^

Horrible app. I do this for my mother and it's so slow and when you press the "confirm" button to confirm your appointment, it freezes and won't allow you to continue. Sometimes, the appointment isn't even available.

App has not worked since 8/3/20. Tried on three Android phones and none of them let's you make reservation appointment. Sent numerous feedback to the app developer but no response. The reservation button would pop up for 3 seconds and disappears. Can't make reservations to any food distribution center even though I'm getting notification on the app that says my food distribution center is accepting reservations. Please fix.

Useful, but text system has appts that aren't available in app. Would help to have locations beyond Plentiful network to organize other pantry visits, in app calendar (not just a list) & calendar syncing. Every listing NEEDS descriptions of what each pantry gives like kosher/vegan/hallal/etc., paper goods, dog food, etc., whether ID/docs are required, what to expect (ie how much time appt takes, how much stuff to expect to carry home, heavy/large items). Please publish an iOS app! Thanks!

This app is great. It has helped me and my family so much during a rough time. It gave me all the pantries around me their schedules even the ability to make reservations. Me and my family would've starved had it not been for this app because it provided me with when and where to go so i got us food from multiple pantries and we got to eat. So i recommend this app to anyone and everyone that needs those extras to make it through the month. It is 100% accurate

I'm afraid this app just does not work. You're supposed to enter a confirmation code on a page that has no space to put the code in. There is no available menu in the app to look for information or find help. Sounds like a great app, if they can get it to function like it should.

I’ve been trying forever to install this app but it only works for androids. My family and I only use iPhones. You need to try to remedy this situation. How about just text the address and schedule to me. Please stop texting me. I already told you that only people with androids can install the app. I have an iPhone and it’s no compatible.

Something is seriously wrong when in the area i live in the Bronx (Allerton) there arent any places close, but other areas have 3 or more with in a few blocks of each other. Something is seriously wrong with food pantry placements.

This app is extremely hard to use. It crashes every second. And it constantly loads nothing while draining my battery. I can't update my information or anything.

The app doesn't work on all phones that's minus, and the app could use an update to be more accessible, easier to maneuver.. but other than that it is helpful .

I get error unable to make a reservation when I click the reservation button. Please fix this function so the user can choose date and time for reservations.

app does not work, changed phones and still cant schedule an appointment. guy at harding ford vision told me to remove app and reinstall... tried it twice and still does not work. how can i schedule an appointment?

Dead on arrival. Requires unnecessary and invasive permissions indicative of a (yet another) tracking app. Unable to change permissions!

Can't even open this app. Finally got it up & running, now it's sending me to places that aren't even open anymore & days when they are closed. UPDATE the pantries days of operation PLEASE

does not allow user to set any reservations, only shows time slots that are full... after hours and days of trying to use... would give 0 star if it's an option .

I got this app because I really need help ,some of the places that gives food trun me and my kids down that okay. I really need help have not help ,but thanks for letting me know of places that do help.🤗

I'm trying to install my information and they are sending a code and it keeps saying that it can't verify it! Very aggravating

Works fine on newer phones, on my older Samsung Galaxy frequently freezes, have to reinstall then works ok.

i keep getting a error note as well as invalid session. i cant get no information on pantry times or date let alone make a reservation.

Bad. Does not work with iPhone keeps loading never end. Poor quality of the app.

This app works great for me. Everytime I make a reservation with ease. I just came from a pantry. Got a Turkey.

Tried downloading on Wed to schedule appointment for Sunday but app wouldnt download. Trying again today, Thursday, but unable to get to where I can even attempt to schedule appointment. What happened ! Im Sr. Citizen. Cant they make apps more Sr. Citizen friendly!

Excellent. Helpful. Gives address and directions to pantries in neighborhood. It's worth it.

The app does not work. After you input the code it gives an error message. Waste of time!

This appears to ONLY be for the New York area. The app sees I'm in Oregon, but lists nothing.
