Can never make a WhatsApp video call with this VPN.when I recieve a call,I can see and hear the other person but they can neither see nor hear me,it keeps showing them 'conneting' while I can see and hear them

I just buy a one year plan . Before this, it is excellent in all respect But now a days it's connection is not stable Please corporate do something to solve this problem

Have been using this app for half a year. Your team did an excellent job with this app, especially for MLBB players. PlexVPN did boost my network connection.

I downloaded this app in order to play FREE FIRE. My phone's ping is high, I believe it helps me play better and keeps the ping low. Lower ping gives me a great advantage in FREE FIRE.

Overall, the application is fast and wonderful, and it offered a wide range of options when I was choosing a server. The speed is obviously great, it's stable, and it's reasonably priced. Thank you very much.

The app works only as a proxy not an all out VPN, it doesn't work for udp traffic, u can't use it to talk on the phone on what's app and telegram other than that it's good servers are fast, wow I had some slight problems their customer service is amazing gave me a response right away solved the issue thank you a lot

I gave it 4 stars because I am having problem with WhatsApp call and I also turned on the UDP DNS QUERY but yet nothing is working if you call someone after 5 seconds it will say connecting and you can't hear each other. But other than it's the best VPN that I have used so far and I have tried more 10 vpns for 3 years but this one is the best one so far so please fix this issue you, last month you said that the developers will fix it but it looks like that you guys get tired of this app.

This one star is enough, because this is just working for limited time for free, it looks like it doesn't work free. Otherwise, this Apps is not a fixed one, they have some issues and sometimes it's might be disconnecting!

One stat rating because the features described are only for the paid version (free version is very limited and there is no mentioning at all to this point). Another note that has nothing to do with the rating but still important to note is that it does not work with UAE networks.

honestly never update the system soon, though mostly on first week it will buggy, but voila Plex indeed getting better, favorite server has been added to it make it easier to get connected. thumbs up guys! +mainland user+ hope in the near future Plex can update to VPN router so i can watch my chromecast better

The trial period expired even before I start using it. I just downloaded and tried to connect. First of all it required to sign up, which I did and right at that moment got a message that my trial has expired and I need to verify my email now. Instead I just uninstalled.

Since May i have been unavailable to have consistent internet connection in China, i want you people to please update your system in China. I bought a 1 year plan an i am unavailable to have a great experience, since the first time i bought your great and fast VPN. From a Huawei p9 plus running on android 7.0

i want to make a refund for my purchase plex vpn. the issue is that the Server doesn't connect. it has a very poor connection. the free vpn is more better than purchasing this kind of waste vpn. let me know how can i do a refund. i will look forward for your reply.

I have been very happy with your VPN here in China. But I am not able to renew my service due to the limited payment options now that Alipay and WeChat are unavailable. Unionpay also just gives me an error. It is waiting for Plex to approve the paywall domain. What can I do to renew my service?

Customer service is good, I have problem but it can solve quickly, speed in China ok but night time is not good, may be other problem. 3 day free trial use is not for China, China 1 day free trial only.

I like the VPN. It's really cool. Except for the fact that I can't make a watsapp calls. I am in mainland China and I need watsapp to talk to my family. I use the IPLC. But I can hear my correspondent but they can't hear me.. how can I make watsapp calls using this VPN..

Be nice if it didn't have that nasty little TR.Crypt.XPACK.Gen file in there. Of course, when they replied, they pretend they don't know what I'm talking about, but over several emails, they neither denied the existence of the .gen file nor explained why they had it in there.

China user here, just got it today and it is really fast and manages to connect to my new apartment's WiFi where expressVpn has let me down again. If anyone is look in for a speedy vpn for china specifically - go for this one.

Just installed it and was about to start trying when it suddenly doesn't respond. The button "connecting" isn't responding. Just when I was about to start on trying the app.

This is not free... You have to sign up and get verified and then you get 3 days of trial. Edit: it's marketed as a free app but it doesn't work without a subscription.
