I installed the app, put my mobile number. During the verification process, I submitted my ID and a selfie with it. A minute later I realized that the profile is under someone else's account instead of mine. Totally different name and address. Ridiculous app. Uninstalled!
It's user friendly and complaints are responded very fast and effectively since an electrical technician always makes a confirmation call right afterwards.
can't access the app using wifi from ISP icon+/iconnet. I don't know why, everytime I want to pay Internet bill (iconnet) using this app there always show popup said "can't connect to server".
It was so terrible. I have got email notification, because my phone number was replaced suddenly by the unknown number, even though it requires OTTP. The security system need to be checked seriously
The UI is well designed and clean compared to the previous version. However the data shown is lessen, such as graph/information of usage history for meter prabayar (for pasca its okay) and TDL/tariff adjustment for each 'golongan tarif'. I think those data are quite useful for us custumer. Look forward to see the next upgrade
Very Helpfull Application. When i realize that my house is the only one which have trouble in electric, then i search information in internet and finally found this app. I Downloaded the app and feel happy because there is service menu about electricity on the app. Fill the information on the service menu then CSO call to confirming. Technician Officer come in one hours later and solve the electric problem in my house, and finally my electric is on. Fantastic and Perfect Service from PLN π
I paid my electrical bills here but then my money was debited from my saving acc but the bills was marked as "waiting for payment". I have asked my bank and they said the money was sent to PLN already, and yes there is success receipt from my bank, but PLN Mobile still thinks I haven't paid for my bills. I have contacted customer service (help desk) via live chat and call, they told me that I have to check again with my bank. Both customer service asking me to ask the other one back and forth.
Difficult to use. Over complicated and far too much effort is put into selling stuff. Why not put a big red button at the top that says "report issue" or something, that's what most people need to do as the electricity supply is awful (I write this during our 2nd power cut of the day)
It's easier to pay the bill or buying the token. But it'll be more helpful if after payment the status is updated right away. And all the history of token/bill payment (at least the last six months) is being shown.
very useful and easy to use, follow-up action by officers is very fast... hopefully can continue to provide maximum service
Bug app. Mau upgrade account, pas ambil foto ktp, button shutter camera is not responding.
Too much loading, so then takes many time. Still bad.

There's bug in the application. I can see other complain from other people in my account. I wonder how the privacy security in this app.
I just paid prepaid token for electricity, but within the invoice there is no token which I can input. Tried to reach the customer service agent through email and WhatsApp, but there is no answer whatsoever. Very disappointed.
Very bad experience. I just complained through the app, no follow up, but when I checked up my complain was marked as DONE! I dm-ed them through IG, there's follow up but your employee kept calling me at 1.30 AM!!!!
app keep saying expired otp even though I entered correct OPT. I can't use the app at all.

Why offer so much when your electric is always off, instead of investing in an app, better you make the electrical system reliable, PLN is very bad compared to other countries

The address that shown on the app is different than the correct address of Customer Id's. Customer Id's number should have the correct address of its customer's data. I don't think it caused by satellite glitch as the customer service informed me; because the wrong address on the app does not even make any sense in term of the block's name and the address number in my area.
