Pluckers Club
Join the over 150,000 Pluckers fans who have already joined the Pluckers Club. Since its inception the Pluckers Club has only been available with a membership card but that has now changed. It is no longer necessary to carry your Pluckers Club membership card in your wallet. You can earn your rewards and receive all of the benefits of being a member right on your phone.

• We rotate food specials every two weeks to Pluckers Club members only.
• With the purchase of two entrees, Pluckers Club members will receive a free food special on each visit.

• After completing a challenge, you will earn a unique badge so you share your accomplishment with your friends on social media.
Free meal on your birthday
• Members receive a free meal (up to a $15 value) every year within 7 days of his or her birthday.

This is the first time I've rated an app. It has numerous bugs. Points dissappear, when you scan a receipt it'll say that it's not available... Try again & it'll say that you've already scanned it. So you get zero points. I'm just going to get Wings somewhere else. The reward program has just gotten more and more difficult to save your earned points.
Preferred the cards. The app is well designed and looks good but still relies too heavily on the wait staff to follow through on rewards and discounts. So there is practically no difference between the two except now I have to have another app thats cluttering my phone. If the codes produced from the app automatically took the discounts and rewards off the ticket, this would be a five star review.
I just downloaded this app today and never, not once, could I open the tab for online ordering nor the menu (which they both redirect to the same place). I'm using a Moto Z Force and it's a shame that I didn't get the benefit/courtesy to use the app as it was intended. The system simply didn't respond and after several seconds and even minutes, I'd get an error message stating that the app stopped working (with an option to reopen).
Excellent app! The link to share a badge on Instagram does not work (app does not detect Instagram is installed). Can you fix this? Thanks.
Some parts work. Some dont. The scanner doesnt work at all and pushing "enter code" does nothing either so cant earn points through the app at all - Ive missed out on two trips now I do like being able to see specials and challenges. update: still doesn't work! and no one has responded to my post. and if you place an order through the app, you dont get points or credit on challenges for that order. crappy!
2/19/19 latest update killed the online ordering for me. doesn't work at all and crashes when you try and comment. 4/5/19 still can't order through the app. Location doesn't pop up like it does online. Tried contacting through here and at store but no help with this. Save your receipts if you don't get your points. They can add them later at the store.
No longer functions. You can check your balance but points seem to be spotty and online ordering is completely broken. It either refuses to accept the location or just outright crashes. Been like this for 3-5 months or so now
I have never been able to successful use this app. I can't choose a location, add to my basket, use a credit card, or even checkout. I can't scan codes to the app from the receipt when ordering by phone. Please fix the kinks and bugs.
I LOVE pluckers wings. And I LOVE the environment that pluckers brings in person. I will go there anytime to eat, have a beer, and watch a game. But this app is horrendous. On Android, you cannot order online or its slow as molasses. It locks up the phone, and it's just not usable. On iOS it works fine. Its sad that this company would program for only one platform... And yes, I've tried on multiple phones and platforms... I hope they fix this issue soon.
love Pluckers and been a member for 10 years now app could use improvements such as digital gift cards, seating check in with member priority. Challenges aren't always credited, points aren't always on the app and if 2 people at a table have cards it only allows 1 check in sometimes. Communication with Pluckers is great though.
App does not work correctly on galaxy 9. Can't scan bar codes. Attempting to open "earn rewards" locks up app. Pluckers staff are useless. If the app doesn't work they can't or won't help with recording points.
Horrible Experience, 20 minutes after the order was placed, neither the restaurant or I had any notifications or email. The store said I never put the order in, that I had to go back online or call in. I told them your app do not work. They told me to call in. I called in and there were 16 people in the queue. I drove back home. A total of an hour have passed. They called me saying the order was ready, why I have not picked the wings. The restaurant was run by kids and looks like the app too!
Great restaurant, great rewards program, Online ordering is wonky. Has it's on back and forward buttons as page navigation. Will require you to hit "x" in the app to exit.
Love the app, was a little confusing to get around however what's really got me upset is I have been doing challenges and NOT getting credit for them. Last night I finally completed the Wall of flame and didn't get credit for it. Makes me a little upset considering how long it took us to do.
I've never had a problem until now. The app logged me out & whenever i type in my email & NEW PASSWORD (that pluckers sent) it still denys me. It doesn't recognize my email which is how i've recived news still to this day. The card was less of a hassel. I've sent another email and if that doesn't work that's it for me.
To the developer(s) of this app, it has issues keeping the users signed in, the app consistently logs people out while using the app, please address this immediately. I wouldn't want you guys to lose a customer who loves wings, and would like the rewards the app can give.
Highly recommended Great app, keeps track of flavors so you never guess if you've tried it or not... the challenges are pretty cool to keep up with and sure cant beat the free stuff...
this app is horrible. It wont allow you to choose a location to even view the menu. None of the buttons work, not even to contact for support.
App locks up after scanning receipt barcode providing no opportunity for the survey. I've tried the note 9 and note 20 with the the same results.
This app does nothing that the website can't do. I can't check in, the information on the app doesn't match the website and it freezes so i have to close it an open it again.
Since the app came out, it's failed to add my points more often than it's succeeded. Why can't the points be accrued automatically since I'm checking in ever time i visit? Love the food, hate the app...
App sucks. It is buggy, can't place an online order, can't even enter in a city or zip code. Running a Galaxy S10 Plus. Doesn't work on my Galaxy S7 edge either.
This app is so easy to use! In just a few clicks, I can create an order and have the option to save it as a favorite, saving time for future orders.
The pluckers app is pretty easy to navigate. I definitely would recommend becoming a pluckers club member. The perks are well worth it

Every receipt that i scan says that it has been used or something went wrong. How convenient,how come it dosent say "looks like you have so many points"huh!!! Fishy! This app is worthless
They finally worked out there issue when you scanned a receipt before the order was closed. Best app for the best membership.
I would Like for the check in to automatically apply the rewards...we are already check in with our pluckers number, why do I have to scan a piece of paper of the app afterwards???
Since the most recent update it doesnt count my points that ive scanned from bar codes. 3 visits now since feb 10th with no points recorded.
Everything in the app is laid out well. It is easy to use and functions great Except the Online Ordering. The online ordering tab lets you select delivery or pickup, and freezes after the selection is made. It does not allow you to select a time or enter a location. Phone keyboard will not popup and the app has to be closed and reopened. Having location turned on does not change anything. Using a Galaxy Note 8. Please provide a fix.
