Everyday Mindfulness Practices
Under the ‘practices’ tab there are 12 practices which can help us to improve our mindfulness in everyday life. Some practices are written by Thich Nhat Hanh, while some are in audio form for you to listen to. You’ll be able to download each one of these to access at any time offline. Very good app, with many really great resources. Only problem is that the app meditation timer and the silent meditations don't seem to work on my phone (android, oneplus). The silent meditation either stops completey, or seems to run slower than other clocks, which makes me uneasy when meditating because I keep wondering if the timer is working or not 😆 Anyway, thanks a lot for this app!

I use the silent meditation timers everday. Previously, I had not thought much about the importance of how the bell sounds to begin and end zazen, but it has come to mean a great deal. This is an app for you to live happily everyday in the here and now. There are plenty of meditation practice guided by Thay Thich Nhat Hanh and brothers and sisters in Plum Village. They are all precious practice. There are also a lot of lessons taught by Thay. I also love all the songs sung by brothers and sisters. They are all healing songs. I loved it, listened every night. After the last update a week ago, the app won't open. Just tells me it's downloading but...minutes later still nothing. I'm bummed. Update, still can't open it. I uninstalled it etc but nope.

I downloaded this app because 10 days ago I sat and with my suffering and direction emerged, to commit to being a simple monk. This community is where I was drawn, for the ease of access to their materials and superb quality of content. Most important part is the varieties... there are lot of different meditations here varying in type, time, object of focus, etc. There are also great concepts about mind and joy, what I like most is the 'wonders of life'.

Meditation timer does not work, it suddenly stops in between, Also the silent meditations stops with 5-10 mins automatically. I hope this issue gets resolved.

The app is a beautiful idea and a great gift. Unfortunately the main reason I installed it was to use the mindfulness bell which does not work properly. Of course you must remove it from your battery optimization list which I did. It does try to play every hour but it plays very quietly and cuts off in less than a second. So it is not performing correctly. I wish the team could help get to the root of this problem. I see other people complaining about the bell not working properly. Thank you!

A very good app if you want to learn more about mindfulness and meditation, especially if you struggle with anxiety & depression. It has already helped me in periods of high anxiety refocus myself and to calm down. The only issue in the app is the bell chime doesn't always work if the screen is off. I've turned off battery optimisation but this doesn't seem to make any difference.

Full of well-organized content. Very impressive and accessible! I got the app for the timer I can set to ring a mindfulness bell every 5-to-60 minutes. Downside: every time the bell goes off, it adds a notification to the notification bar. They stack up throughout the day. Ironic that it's a mindfulness practice that wants me to check my phone every time it goes off. Played with the settings for a while, seems impossible to turn off the notification without turning off the bell entirely. Edit: Also I can't make the bell stop going off every 5 minutes, now, even though it's completely turned off.
