Plumas Bank Mobile

It works alright once the kinks are sorted, it takes a terribly long time logging in no matter the data or wifi connection and had to make a few trips into the bank to sort out deposit minimums and maximums which is weird to have those to begin with, and trips out is what we're trying to avoid with covid (tried calling but got too confusing on both ends). Will have to see it's usage long term

Not very intuitive. It's just a spread sheet from excel with a header. The way transactions are posted is just a bland list with no separation of months or weeks, deposits and debits aren't distinguished. The whole thing loads slow. It's like a 2nd year under grad made the whole thing as a project and then sold it.

I have a galaxy s10+ and this app has difficulties signing in. It will generally take 3 or more tries to get it to connect. It just says its taking longer then normal so I have to keep closing it and restarting. Very frustrating.

The app never loads even when I'm on wifi or 4g. I use to have no problem with it and now it always says its my connectivity which it isn't because everything else works just fine. I really liked this app I just wish it was working again.

I like being able to sign in with biometrics. I don't like that I can no longer deposit checks with my phone because I made a mistake hitting deny rather than allow the app to use my camera and it won't let me correct the mistake.

I can't even log in using my online user ID and password. I got excited at first to use the app, but I still can't get in. Says "incorrect password" after trying 6 different times and updating/resetting said password.

Initially I was not sent a pin. Contact with Rose at the branch the account is at & got the app set. The only improvement would be to add ability to on check loans.

Very unreliable. Cant even get an accurate balance from checking comparing the app to the ATM here at Plumas Bank in Lassen County. Using this app is like a box of chocolate. You never know what you're going to get.

Horrible! This app has me wanting to leave Plumas bank. The ONLY reason I haven't yet is because the staff is so kind and the lines are short in the bank itself. But trying to manage anything on this app is seriously gambling as to whether you can even get past the login page. Their system is from the stone ages compared to other banks. I'm lucky if I can check my accts 1x out of 20 logins. It really will be the final straw the breaks the camel's back sadly.

Basic, but I can access all the same functions I use on the desktop site and the app always seems to work for me.

I don't know what I would do without this bank app. Helos me Keep my account straight. Although every now and then sites down frustrating but it is computers.

Love it and irs so simple but could have more information on transactions, like exact time of deposits or purchases. But besides that its awesome

Log in will freeze up endlessly. In nearly two months I have only been able to login once.

I've never had a problem with us app. If there was a security alert I would get it very quickly. Very satisfied.

I love the app. Besides giving me a direct secure access to my account, it also allows me make remote deposits.

Just decided to go to plumas bank and in order to get my account free I have to do online banking" which I do anyway with my other bank I download this app and I can't get past the log on it says it's a wrong passcode over and over again I've been doing this for half an hour I think I'm not gonna have an account with Plumas bank because if I can't do online banking there's no point in having it...

I've used most of the features on Plumas Bank's app. I've never had any trouble. Plumas Bank built a first-rate app.

It always has loding is taking longer than usual on here. Then i have to try all my other log ins, turn the phpne and or app off then on and reload. This is such a hassel.

New to your bank since many years ago...been easy to adapt to your online app...bank very helpful with any questions! : )

This app will not open keeps saying my connection slow but all other apps open I uninstalled and reinstalled several times even changed password and username

Unable to update. Even with storage space. Will leave bank completely.

Easy to use and follow. I can check my balance anytime I need to and mobile deposit funds to my account!

Would give it a five but you have to login 3 or more times before it decides to open. What good is an app if it's a hassle to even open?

Always great app lets me deposit my check it is fast and easy I'm pretty impressed I dont rate too many things but I love the app.

Can't even make a login for new a new user. This app is pointless. Would NOT recommend.

Disabled my account for no reason. Cant make payments through the app is a terrible design as well.
